Huge shoutout to Nikolai for going above and beyond to help us! Our Honda Civic’s splash shield came undone on a Saturday afternoon, and every repair shop we called was too busy to see us. We called AutoZone to see if there was anything they could do to help, and Nikolai told us to come on over since we were only about a mile away. As soon as we walked into the store, he recognized us right away and already had tools set aside for us to use. He even came outside to check in on us and see how things were going. We ultimately weren’t able to fully fix the splash shield right then and there, but Nikolai did everything he could to help us in the meantime and gave us great advice on what our next steps should be. Incredible customer service, kindness, and knowledge. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Nikolai!

Andreasen above and beyond to help us. On a Friday night we were broke down and it was kinda late and the part we needed was at a different location. Once he got off at his store he went to the store that had the part we needed and bought it and brought it to our location where we reinversed him for the part and for his time for helping us in a time of need. He was very helpful in our time of need if I could I would give him 10 stars. I know that this couldn't be done everything by employees it just happened at the time he was getting off and he was generous enough to take time out to help us after he was off work. Been to this Auto zone branch for 2 times ,very very very helpful team ,they will support you and even fix your new wiper even if your vehicle is a newer model as they get more complicated ,some other companies won’t even help ,they will just sell items to you with no Phisical assistance ,shout out to Luis for giving me a hand and keep up the good work team ,you rock 👍👍👍
