  I had a great experience getting my car's A/C fixed. AC, the Service Manager, was awesome from the moment I walked in! He kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I truly couldn’t ask for a better experience! I would also like to recognize Paul for doing an excellent job on the repair. He got my A/C fixed right the first time, and it's been working perfectly ever since. It's always nice knowing your car is in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing. This visit really showed amazing customer service, quality work, and an overall smooth experience! I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle! Thank you again!!

A special shoutout to **Alejandro**, who assisted me during my visit. He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of properly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt valued as a customer. It is rare to find this level of dedicated customer service these days. The facility was clean, the service was prompt, and the staff's expertise was evident. I highly recommend this location—and Alejandro in particular—to anyone looking for reliable and honest automotive care. I will definitely be returning for future service needs!

  I scheduled an appointment at 8:30 am for an oil change and after 3 hours they hadn’t even started. Alejandro was very rude from the start, showing a poor costumer service. When I asked for an estimated time he made me feel like if I was inconvenience him, and said that o should have told them that I was going to be waiting around for a quicker service. They never explained this to me when I dropped the cars. When I said that there was a reason for me to schedule an appointment early in the morning he seemed that he didn’t care. I was a costumer of this store for over 7 years, but I will definitely not coming back.

  Took my vehicle here for a tire rotation, my family and I also take the rest of our cars here for other services. I scheduled my appointment online a day before and was checked in by MICHAEL as soon as I arrived. He went over my request and asked if I would be waiting or dropping off the car, I told him I would leave the car with him and come back when it was ready. My appointment was for 10am and around 1055 I received a call the car was ready. I arrived at the shop 1110 and as he said the car was ready to go, when I inquired about the cost he said it was $0. I was SHOCKED because in most places tire rotations go for anywhere $10-$50 but here $0. This is why everyone that lives in this area continues to go there and the place is always packed, because they take care of business. Treat customers right and you’ll have customers for life , business 1 on1
