  I came into the store looking to replace two tires on a budget. it was found out that I truly needed to replace all four tires. not on budget. but Thomas was very helpful to me selecting the Right tires, including helping me out on pricing. Even though I was not prepared to spend as much as was needed. I got great service good advice and I believe to be more than fair pricing. I would recommend Mavis and I appreciate Thomas for all his help.

  Thomas and his team were top notch!! They took care of us like we were family. I came in for a tire change for my daughter’s car and was talking about issues I was having with my car. They got me in right away to see what the issue was, and thankfully they did! I’m now getting two new tires so I can safely get around!

  I own a European car—a Mercedes-Benz—and I’ve learned that these vehicles can be very sensitive when they’re serviced with substandard parts, fluids, or maintenance. Because of that, I’ve always been extremely cautious about having my Mercedes serviced anywhere other than the dealership. However, my budget told me it was time to find a quality alternative. After doing my research, I decided to give Mavis Tires & Brakes in Wimauma a try—and I’m very glad I did. One of the things that immediately impressed me was that they allowed me to bring my own Mercedes-Benz-required oil and filters, ensuring that the correct products were being used. Joe was especially helpful. He was friendly, attentive, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, which gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. I also had the opportunity to observe the mechanics while they worked. At one point, there was a slight challenge maneuvering one of the filters, and it was great to see the team leader immediately step in to assist and help resolve the issue. That’s what teamwork looks like. Rather than rushing through the job, they worked together to make sure everything was done properly. The entire staff provided a great experience, and I appreciated the preventative-maintenance advice they shared along the way. Most importantly, I received quality service without the dealership-sized price tag. If you own a European vehicle and are hesitant about trusting anyone outside the dealership, I understand that concern. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes in Wimauma. I’ll definitely be returning when my Mercedes needs its next service. Great service, knowledgeable staff, teamwork, and a price that didn’t put a hole in my pocket. Five stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had an accident on Friday with my tire. I actually ran into a curb and it put a big hole in my tire. AAA came and changed it put on the bubble tire, I was really afraid of driving the car with that tire. I actually had a very good tire from a previous service.I called Mavis spoke to Joe who said bring it in and let’s assess the damage. I brought the car and the torn tire and the tire I had at home. He took a look at the situation and said yes I can definitely do that for you. If you have an hour, just leave the car with me and I will put that tire on the rim. I was extremely excited and I was worried about the cost, but the cost wasn’t what I expected, It was much lower. Thank you so much Mavis and thank you Joe. The service was great from how I was greeted and how I was treated the entire time. I would recommend Mavis to anybody that has a tire problem. They’ve made a loyal customer out of me. Thank you.

  This review is long overdue. About a week ago my car was leaking oil badly & I was confused because my car hadn’t gone through any issues with the road or anything. I took it to this Mavis Tire Center & they were short staffed and just a bit frustrated but yet managed to take care of me. They took my car in & looked at it and come to find out my oil plug was half way out which caused a massive amount of oil to leak. Not only did they take care of the car by putting enough oil in it to get it back to drivable but they took care of the oil plug & the cost was ….free! Shout out to the crew and Ernesto and Tyler for taking care of me when Walmart Care Care Center nearly cost me my car!!!
