  Thomas provided polite, efficient service and made the entire process quick and painless. As a fellow military veteran, I especially appreciated the jovial military humor and professionalism he brought to the experience. He completed the service days ahead of expectations and represented Mavis in a very positive manner. Thomas is truly a great asset to the Mavis team. Because of his outstanding customer service, I will definitely recommend this company and location to others.

  I made an appointment online for 1 o’clock for an alignment. When I got there, I told the dude that I had an appointment and I gave him my name, the type of car I had and the service I wanted. I gave him the keys and he asked you’re dropping it off? I said yes and we asked him how long it was going to take and he said that he didn’t know, but that he would give us a call when it was ready so we went out while we waited and we came around 340 back to the shop. And I see the car in the parking lot where I left it and turns out they haven’t even worked on it yet! my boyfriend went in to See what’s going on, and he said that they asked what type of car we brought in multiple times. the dude went in and said that they couldn’t work on the car today and then five minutes later he said they could work on it after speaking to someone. We waiting in our other car discussing what we should do since they were about to close. I decided to take the car and leave because I needed to use my car and I was not going to wait till tomorrow since Sunday is the only day I have off. First of all, they should have given me a call. they had my number to let me know that my car wasn’t going to be serviced that day. Maybe it was my mistake that I just left the car there without asking any questions, this is my first time doing this.but at the same time they never said anything else other than we will call you when it’s ready. This is very unprofessional and this will be my first and last time coming here.

  Sorriest shop I have been to. Oil change with appointment at 5, car doesnt get taken back until nearly 5:40. Ok, maybe other jobs put them behind. However: It does NOT take an additional 45 minutes after the car is on the post to change oil. I should NOT walk up to the window and catch the tech chatting with other employees, especially when I am NOT the only one still waiting in the lobby post closing hours. They have zero respect for your time as a customer; I wouldn't give them another nickel if it made me a dime.

  Thomas and Joe were both excellent to work with. I had so many questions and they answered me with kindness and respect and were so polite. Not to mention I scheduled my appt for 3 but the tow truck didn’t drop it off until after 3 and they still got me in before the end of the day and had me on my way with 15mins to spare before they closed. Highly recommend and since my mom lives here I will use them anytime I need someone to work on my car when I’m here visiting. Not to mention the price was unbeatable. Thank you all again

  Had an appointment for a leaking tire and was told that the wait would be over an hour since four customers were ahead of me. I had stopped by previously that morning just in case to see if they had any openings to take me now. Wait time would have been 1 hour. Would've been better off that morning. What's the sense of making an appointment and getting told there is a longer wait time than a walk in. Unacceptable! Will not be going back.
