From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way Joel does. His positive attitude, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out to me. I truly appreciate all his help and would highly recommend working with him if you ever need assistance at Enterprise.

When I called check on status of pick up. When I called back they hang up again , saying they won’t renting it to me. There is always an option , thank goodness for lift or Uber , they won’t give you the headache, just use Lift or Uber. Save your time and money. Not worth it.

- RLRyan LucierMar 20, 20261.0Garbage. Reserved a car, and the reservation means nothing. They overbook and cancel. Happened to me multiple times. Rude service, they just don’t care that people plan around reservations. Spend your money elsewhere.
