- TLTravel LoverAug 11, 20261.0I have rented from Enterprise all across the country for years. I have rented from this location several times in the past. I have always had great service with very professional people at this location. Unfortunately, in my opinion, this location has gone very far downhill. I recently made a reservation for this location fully expecting the usual good service. Instead I met the new location manager, Daniel. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would like to have passed along details of this experience to Enterprise, however, it seems impossible to reach someone above the location manager so I must conclude that they are not interested in customer feedback. Needless to say, I will never return. What a shame. This location used to be great!
