  This place truly left an impression. I bought an older car and was told by another shop that the tires were “brand new”. I live about 3-4 hours away so safety was a concern. On the highway, a tire blew out so I went and got it changed. Back to the highway and ANOTHER tire blew. When I called, they said they could change the tires despite the fact that they were about to close in 15 mins. Matt is the one that took my call and MJ changed the remaining 3 tires. MJ explained that the tires were in fact SEVEN YEARS OLD!!!! These men stayed past closing and Matt even taught me how to tell the age of tires, he also put on cartoons for my kids. Thank God for these kind men, I was traveling with my 6 children and they really went above and beyond for us. We wouldn’t have made it home if it wasn’t for their kindness. Thank you Matt and MJ for taking extra time out of your night to make sure my family was ready for the road!!

  Pricey, but you get what you pay for....fast, great service by professional, qualified staff, at a convenient location. I've always had Toyota's because they're low-maintenance/cheap to own, and I'm usually a "value-oriented" customer (cheapskate) who mostly has auto service done at Walmart (only certain basic services, slow as hell, hit-or-miss competence) or more moderate-priced older mom-and-pop standalone auto shops. And even I keep Mavis in my mix of options for a lot of situations, especially unexpected car problems that put me in a jam. They are worth it for what they are, and they're better than the other chains at that same higher price tier.

  Big shout out to Mason at Mavis Tire in Wildwood. My wife needed assistance with her car / tire last Wednesday. He gave her an excellent customer service experience that day. He helped her out, extremely professional and kind. A few days later, the store manager Chris, assisted with another issue. I saw where the leak was and felt it probably couldn’t be repaired. After a short wait, he called and said I was good to go….no new tire. It would have been easy to say I needed a new one but they were able to make the repair. Integrity along with more professional care. This is the kind of service we always get here! I highly recommend with confidence Mavis Tire in Wildwood. Chris and his crew are awesome!! 😎👍

  Scott and all his technicians were awesome!!!!!!!!!!!! They kept me very well-informed of the process of repairing my car. Tech showed me exactly what the problem was and explained the safety hazard should I have continued to drive my car without having it repaired. I brought my car in for brake pads to be replaced. During my visit I mentioned I had a screw in my back tire. The team repaired it with no additional charge!!!!! Wow. I am a disabled veteran and greatly appreciated the kindness and professionalism this team at Mavis Tires and Brakes showed me today. I highly recommend their service to all that are in need of car repairs!!!!!!!!

  Mavis Tire is way above a 5 star review in my opinion! After being involved in a traffic accident which blew out my front tire, I was pretty well stranded.A tow truck was going to take hours to arrive l Made a call to Mavis Tire asking if they had any mobile service and if they could come and help me by changing the tire, even though they don’t offer a mobile service, the manager Chris sent two of his employees, Thomas and Scott out to rescue me. They changed my tire along the busy highway so the vehicle could be moved. Up on arriving back at the Tire Store They checked my vehicle over to make sure everything was OK and ordered me a new tire to arrive the next day in which it did and was installed and ready to roll with in minutes!! Thank You Chris, Thomas and Scott and all the employees at Mavis Tires & Brakes from the bottom of my ❤️
