- LGlisa grassoJul 10, 20261.0The branch on 44 at Nahas Dealer is always SHORT STAFFED, I was there on July 8th 2026 for pick up , there was 5 clients waiting over 40 minutes for a Staff member to show up . We called the other branch to find out what to do or when was someone coming. I have used this branch before and always there is 1 person left to do a 3 person job. Maybe HIRE AND ALSO HAVE A DROP BOX ON YOUR SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND TELL CUSTOMERS THAT. VERY INCONVENIENT SERVICES.... 🤬

- CCChristina CApr 24, 20261.0April 24th, I arrived after work to pick up my rental car that was reserved in February at the Enterprise Wildwood located in George Nahas Chevrolet dealership at 5:28pm. They were closed with a sign taped to the office door saying the Enterprise employee was outside and will return soon. The employees from the dealership explained he had left earlier to go home while they were in the process turning off the lights and locking up the building. Enterprise’s hours for that location listed online, on the doorways before and after entering the building, and on the Costco Travel site all state 6pm for closing. This situation has caused an inconvenience for my travel plans. It is very unprofessional and disappointing, especially when it is the day before a vacation you work so hard for.
