  The worst. No matter home many times I go there, they find new ways to disappoint. Poor job washing, poor job vacuuming, most of the people working there seem genuinely miserable to have to work there and take it out on the customers. And all for way too much money. Today’s new disappointment: they were closed for over an hour due to broken down equipment. Enough already.

  $40 for a poorly wiped car, paid for the additional wax option and they just sprayed the car with a product that stained the paint. Asked the staff about it, talked to the manager and was not corrected. Do not waste your money, they are trying to move cars fast instead of providing a good service. Might as well pay that money to a detailer that comes to you. The quality has dropped significantly and the prices go up. Not worth the wait, the money and the headache.

  First time coming here, and my last. $48 for a wash and so called interior cleaning on a Genesis G80 sedan. The outside looked good but not great. There were some areas where you can tell they missed. Inside was the same thing. The inside lower part of the door was still dirty. I told the attendant that they missed that part and he looked annoyed that he had to clean it. Body language doesn't lie. The gear shift console was not touched. Still dirty. Same as the upper part of the door. From start to finish it took 15 min. Indicating that they did not take their time to get my car spotless. What a rip off! Never again will I visit this place.
