I have to say the rental rocess at the weston location was truly A+ from picking up the car and I went to switch out and again I had an A+ experience.During this time of being so stressed from an accident -not any my fault ,both young men Cam and Rod made the process so smooth,no crazy wait time, and I actually got a nice clean car .Wiords are not enough here to express my gratitude.Ty it made my day both times I visited in this one episode.Highly recommend.A car rental is not always for luxury ,this was for work after a total loss and an under covered driver, talk about stress! Ty again to both young men.My experience for a brief visit at the s university drive location was beyond unpleasant .The manager there has no customer service skills ,no empathy and no manners.Weston staff all around made up for it and nore.

The professionalism and outstanding customer service I received at the Weston location was above and beyond my expectations. The staff at this location are the greatest. Kevin and Jacob make you feel as though you are more than just a customer. Keep up the excellent work and support gentlemen.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Weston Enterprise, particularly with Kevin, who identified himself as the manager. Having previous management experience myself, I was especially surprised by how unprofessional and dismissive the interaction was. When I arrived, I was told, “We don’t have your car,” followed by “Leave, we can do nothing for you,” while Kevin had a smirk on his face. There was no attempt to calmly explain the situation, offer an alternative, or provide any meaningful customer service. Regardless of the circumstances, customers should be treated with professionalism and respect—especially by someone representing themselves as a manager. I hope management takes this experience seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated at this location.
