    Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Weston Enterprise, particularly with Kevin, who identified himself as the manager. Having previous management experience myself, I was especially surprised by how unprofessional and dismissive the interaction was. When I arrived, I was told, “We don’t have your car,” followed by “Leave, we can do nothing for you,” while Kevin had a smirk on his face. There was no attempt to calmly explain the situation, offer an alternative, or provide any meaningful customer service. Regardless of the circumstances, customers should be treated with professionalism and respect—especially by someone representing themselves as a manager. I hope management takes this experience seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated at this location.

    Conviently located in Weston and open on the weekends. Professional staff and very helpful. Nice selection of cars. Kevin was very helpful when my car had a sensor issue which cause me to run late when returning the car. Kevin was professional and understanding. I would highly recommend this location The weekend hours are a plus☺️
