  Booked an SUV for a road trip a week in advance and called to confirm the rental twice before pickup, with them confirming they had the car I wanted. When I got there they told me they didn’t have the vehicle and tried to give me an old and dirty SUV, with worn out tires that were almost smooth. I’ve rented from different branches before without trouble but this whole situation was just a complete joke.

  After having a reservation for a full size SUV weeks in advance and then verbally confirming 4 days in advance of the schedule pickup that I needed the type of vehicle reserved, when I arrived not only did they had not had a full size SUV available, they actually said they had NOTHING at all available. Had to wait for a return, over an hour later had to grab the first thing, which was a small SUV. At this point, I had no option and was stuck. Unacceptable.

  Edit: Here is my confirmation number 2095713042 I don't want to continue to waste my time when your own employee said there is no consequences. Just leaving it here so you can do as you wish. It’s surprising how many negative reviews this location has. There seems to be a clear pattern of poor employee behavior. I had a reservation confirmed for pickup today at 8:00 AM. When I arrived, I was surprised to learn they did not have a vehicle available for me. Jacob, who was supposedly the manager, was dismissive and disrespectful. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he told me there was no one above him. Eventually, someone returned a vehicle, but Jacob then told me he would not rent it to me, even though I had a reservation. I called corporate four times, and unfortunately, Jacob seemed to be right, as no one appeared to care and no one returned my calls. In the end, I left and rented from Avis at the airport instead. I would not trust this company with your rental, especially if you have somewhere important to be.
