  Charles with WBAC came through for my Mom and I when she had a fender bender in a parking lot across the street from her house. Other vehicle and a tree gave her car/baby major damage in front end. 1 owner car, low mileage and Charles made sure she was given a good, fair price. Thanks Charles! Appreciate the help.

  Charles was very professional and calm to explaining everything. Your sales guy is not in control it's the higher ups so don't get upset with your sales guy. Because it's not their call it's the high up they are pushing to pay the absolutely lowest price possible. So don't go their if you're expecting a good or fair price for your car don't waste you time. If you have a car you just want out of yard that's running or just want to get rid of for little money these are your guys. It's quick and easy little back and forth on price because again they want to give you the absolutely lowest quote possible. But Charles was the best Sales guy I've dealt with very calm on the back and forth with the higher ups and explaining everything to me. So you want little money for your car go there you want big or fair price for your car don't go there if you do go ask for Charles he's very calm and professional. Thanks
