  Holly and the entire crew were awesome! Holly did something that in all my years owning cars I’ve never had anyone change,let alone show me my interior ac filter! My car smells great inside and it’s nice to know my guest as well as myself are breathing clean air through a fresh new filter. Thank you crew and Holly.

  Holly the manager and her crew provided EXCELLENT SERVICE! I had an issue with my left front tire valve stem. They advised me on the needed replacement. I'd HIGHLY recommend this Valvoline location to anyone in need of an oil change!

  Went in for a quick oil change and was assisted by Holly, who not only is the MANAGER (we love a woman in charge), but also helped me with getting my oil change started and even took the time to bust out that drill and get my cabin air filter changed for me. I have never had that done at a Valvoline before since it is so inconvenient to have to drill and take off the front passenger side cabin but Holly got down and did the damn thing. Everybody needs to be more like Holly 👏🏻💅🏻. 10/10 recommend the Valvoline on Congress, five stars and everyone was so sweet and friendly.

  We didn't know they had drained the oil. Then they told us to start the car and move it forward with no oil in the motor. I only realized it when I saw them adding oil. I asked , hey did you just tell us to start the car with no oil and drive forward. Sean said yeah my mistake. They admitted they made a mistake. As soon as we left the bay the car lit up like a Christmas tree "see dealer now" warning and Check engine light was on. They said just drive it and it will be alright. It's at Lexus now. 2022 IS 350, was a nice car, bought for my daughter's graduation from nursing school. Filed a complaint with corporate . They have been no help. Do not go here! .... Update: I contacted customer service as they asked in the comment below. They told the claim was closed and refused to help. They even charged me for the oil change.

  I came here to get an oil change in my company truck. My company uses enterprise to manage their fleet. I was sitting there about 25-30 minutes, and the kid working there kept walking by saying he was waiting for enterprise to approve the oil change. I had to leave for an appointment, so I told them to just cancel it and I would return another time. This was around 3:30 pm when I left. Before I left, they showed me the screen, and it showed an oil change + rear differential fluid change, which is why enterprise wouldn't approve it, and I was sitting there for so long. I didnt say anything to the kid because I just assumed it was incompetence. So I just left. At 4:09pm I got an email with an invoice for nearly $400- they charged my company for an oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter, air filter, wiper blades, and some other stuff. THEY NEVER WORKED ON THE TRUCK AT ALL. Now I have to try to explain to my company that this work was NEVER performed, and I STILL NEED AN OIL CHANGE. Absolute insanity. I guess they figured that since it was a fleet vehicle , they could add a whole bunch of charges and nobody would notice. ***BY THE WAY*** this is the SECOND time I came here. The picture I attached is from the FIRST time I came here. Big puddle of oil all over my brand new concrete driveway BECAUSE THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN THE OIL FILTER ENOUGH. I have been changing the oil on my personal vehicles myself for my entire life and never had a leak. Then when I brought it here and showed HOLLY this picture, she didnt even care...
