  I came to this place recommended by one of my friends. He told me the service was great and I was gonna be in and out in no time and yes, the crew did an amazing job. I got there. They know what they doing. They did everything exactly what my friend did tell me I’m happy so I can give him a five star.

  Came to Valvoline 5 years ago and have never gone anywhere else ever since. No where can beat their price, service, and politeness.

  This review could have been 5 stars if not for Horace. It also could have been 1 star, if not for the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager. When I pulled in yesterday evening, Horace was standing in the bay and pointed left, so I moved left. He then started pointing right, so I had to back out and come into the right-most bay. My car is a sport edition and hybrid. She kind of has a mind of her own when I let off the break. Immediately as I am pulling in SLOWLY, Horace begins yelling at me a the top of his lungs, screaming at me that I don't listen, when his instructions were SO ambiguous and he's just fussing. You can tell he is not a happy old man in life. Awful customer service, and that explains why there are people half his age who are in charge and he is not. I would like to highlight that as soon as they witnessed that moment, JB the assistant manager and Guilbet the Store Manager stepped in to provide clear instructions, with patience and kindness throughout the interaction, as I was also respectful with them. I want to highlight that only because these two were there, I had a negative experience turn into a positive one. It was not my first time at this location. The previous visit I had I received great customer service so I was expecting this through and through on my second time visiting. I hope to never deal with Horace there again. Kudos to JB and Guilbert.

  Great experience at Valvoline! The team was super friendly and did a great job with my oil change. Really appreciate the service and would happily come back!

  Lashun was absolutely wonderful. Her personality was so warm, welcoming, and genuine, and she made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. She took the time to explain what was going on throughout the process and made sure I understood everything. You can really tell when someone cares about providing great customer service. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism.
