  I unfortunately did not get the name of the person who helped me but she was very helpful happy welcoming. The service was great was able to have all 4, tires changed during my lunch hour. Have never experienced that before great service!!!!

  Tire kingdom is the best on a road trip to Miami we kept loosing air and got concerned. Pulled in and Nicole was amazing, Daniel was also great. They helped us fix the issue and get back on the road. We are forever grateful for their amazing service and the way they took care of us to give us peace of mind. Definitely recommend this store and all their staff!! Thank you Team.

  THEY INSTALLED MY BRAKES INCORRECTLY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE 🚩!! I paid for new brakes at this shop about a year ago. Recently, my car started making noises, so I took it to my dealership. They inspected the car and discovered that my brakes had been installed incorrectly. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Since the brakes were still under warranty, I brought the car back to this shop. They performed their own inspection and confirmed that, yes, the brakes had been installed incorrectly. What shocked me even more was the way they handled the situation. No apology, no remorse, and absolutely no concern about the fact that improperly installed brakes could have put my safety at serious risk. The manager was rude, dismissive, and tried to gaslight me about the situation. Lady, please find another job.. customer service is clearly not for you. Mario, thank you so much for caring. You are the only honest person in this place. I trusted this place with something as important as my brakes and my safety, and this is how they handled their own mistake. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

  Went in for four new tires. And everything was smooth until I left and felt a vibration. So I took it back thinking the balance was off. Turns out I needed a new bearing for my vehicle. Or so I was told. So I had to leave my car there for a few days. Everyone was super friendly and professional. But my only caveat was that besides needing a new bearing. The tech who did my tires the initially didn’t do a balance. When I came back to see what the issue was before leaving it for the few days. The master tech walked me through it and told me that the balance was way off. Other than that. I usually come here. And have no issues. After leaving my balance was still off. I took it to another tire kingdom and they were shocked that my balance was off 1 oz or more on each tire.

  I recently visited Tire Kingdom for vehicle service and was extremely pleased with the experience. Stephen provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the recommended services and answer all of my questions. What stood out most was Stephen’s attention to detail and the way he communicated everything clearly without making me feel pressured. He made sure I understood the condition of my vehicle and what needed to be addressed. His professionalism and willingness to help made the entire service experience smooth and stress-free. It is refreshing to receive this level of customer service. Stephen represented Tire Kingdom very well, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and professional assistance with their vehicle.
