  Very nice and helpful. Helped repair my tires and told me about a tire being bad that I didn’t even know about.

  I set up an appointment at 10:30am to come in at 12:30pm for my break pads to get swapped. Arrived at 12:15pm dropped it off and was told that it would be done in 2 to 3 hours. Since I had a 2 hour drive to go back to Orlando. They hadn’t got started on even looking at my car until 3:30pm… here I am at closing and have to make a drive to Orlando and then Tampa to make it before 12am appointment which I won’t make…This wouldn’t be an issue if there was transparency on when it would be worked on. I wouldn’t have come to this shop had I known it would be this bad.

  Was an emergency situation this morning where my tire exploded on the highway and I was just able to get to a tire kingdom. Jeremy, Jose, and Steve were very gracious and helped me get a new tire. They even gave me a deal which I greatly appreciate it. I highly recommend those gentlemen if you are ever at that location.

  Normally, I’m satisfied with the service here! However, not so much this morning! Last night was the first time in a long while that I have made an appointment. Well, 8am (1st Appt) means 9am apparently! Which is the time I was hoping to be gone by. As I needed to be somewhere at 9:30am. So, had I not spoken up twice my car would have taken longer. Because, the work order for my car was put in third place to be serviced. Even though I had the appointment and was the second one to check in. There were two cars there from yesterday. But, no one else’s car should have went before mine. One did! However, I was satisfied with the response I received after I questioned that. From now on I’ll just continue to do early walk-ins. You get the same results!🤷🏾‍♀️ 2 1/2 hours later, I’m just leaving! Oil change, washer fluid, tire pressure and check brakes that’s all I needed 🤦🏾‍♀️.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience and remain perplexed by the events that transpired. I will not be returning for services. I initially sought to have one tire replaced, but I did not have the lug nut key. They initially claimed to have one, but upon arrival, they admitted they did not and suggested it might be an issue. I indicated that we were comfortable with them potentially stripping the single lug nut. Subsequently, they informed me of an additional hour of labor to remove the lug nut, despite the fact that a tire change should have included this. Without my authorization, this resulted in them removing the lug nuts from all four of my tires. It is important to note that the lug nuts did not exhibit any signs of damage or forced removal. I am still questioning the purpose of the labor charge. The most concerning issue is that they permitted my girlfriend to drive off with the lug nuts in the center console, claiming they had removed all of them. However, we left with only four out of five bolts per wheel, and we had to drive on I-95 in this condition. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will pursue a reimbursement for the fraudulent labor charge. I want others to be aware of this deceptive practice and avoid this location and company.
