  Tire Kingdom team is very attentive they always go 100 percent to assist their clients. Ron expresses receptiveness with a high level of understanding. The internal staff member was kind and professional. Their crew displays a high-level of skills with their job on task accordingly. Ron is an asset to the organization as he extends exceptional services and WOW stellar performances. Please say thanks to Ron and the crew.

  I was looking for a place to bring my box truck, and Ron and his team welcomed me right in. They took care of everything professionally and made the whole process easy. Great service, honest people, and a team that really knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend them.

  I'm a regular customer at Tire Kingdom and every visit continues to reinforce why I keep coming back. The service is consistenly friendly, professional, and reliable. Audrey at the front desk is always welcoming and keeps everything running smoothly from start to finish. Ron, one of the mechanics is truly outstanding. His attention to detail and white glove approach to service is what sets him apart. It's clear that he can fix just about anything and takes real pride in making sure the job is done right. TJ also does great work, making sure everything is handled thoroughly and efficiently. The entire team goes above and beyond, and after every visit, I leave feeling confident and safe on the road. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom for anyone looking for trustworthy, top quality service.

  I had a fantastic experience at Tire Kingdom, and a big part of that was thanks to Ron. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His customer service is truly outstanding, friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure each customer leaves satisfied. What stood out most was Ron’s ability to accommodate different needs without hesitation. He handled requests with ease and professionalism, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and values the customers he serves. Ron is a huge asset to Tire Kingdom. Employees like him make a lasting impression and are a big reason people come back. Highly recommend stopping by, you’ll be in great hands if Ron is there!

  Sorry but I have to post this experience! On Monday 4/13/26 at approximately 1pm, I contacted Tire Kingdom at 2770 N. military Trail in West Palm Beach via phone to inquire about tires for my vehicle. I don’t remember the representative who took my call during the initial inquiry, and they offered me various options for my car, but I informed them that I was going to be doing research with other stores and finding the best deal and if I needed, I would call them back. In researching other stores, I found oddly enough that Walmart had the exact factory tires for my car, which were Perelli scorpion zero Tires on sale; normally $297.35 each , on sale for $204.06 each. All 4 tires mounted, balanced and road hazard out the door $962.50. So I went ahead and booked an installation time slot for Wed 4/15/26 4-5pm. Later that same day on Monday at 5:40 pm I received an unsolicited phone call from Tire Kingdom from the manager of the location in which I had spoken to earlier in the day during my initial inquiry. The manager‘s name was Audrey, and was calling me to follow up on my earlier inquiry. I informed Audrey that I had found and booked a deal which I had previously mentioned above. Audrey proceeded to ask me the details of the package I had booked with Walmart because “we can price match!” Before I gave the details of the tire package I inquired about the cost of a brake job for my car and was pleased with the quoted price; therefore, I decided to take advantage of the price match offer Audrey offered and I provided all the details of the tire package I booked with Walmart including the exact tire name, size and price to the penny!Everything that was on the Walmart app order screen I provided so there would be no problem with the price match I was Promised! To further protect myself I was taking screenshots of the Walmart order screen while on the phone with Audrey to have as proof that the item info and pricing info I was providing would match exactly should I be asked to provide proof for the purposes of “Price Matching” as Audrey informed me Tire Kingdom “Loves To Do”! I had decided that I can get the reasonable price of the brake job with Tire kingdom and the benefits of the price matching to the exact specs of the tire that I needed; Therefore we scheduled an installation for the tires on Wednesday 4/15/26 at 11am with Tire Kingdom. (Which happens to be now as I’m writing this review!) Fast forward to Tuesday 4/14/26 10:50 AM; I received a phone call from Jeff with Tire Kingdom Informing me that the tires had been delivered to the store. I replied that I was aware they would be delivered today and asked to confirm the details of the tires that were delivered. Jeff replied “that they were the tires that were ordered the Perelli‘s.”, to which I replied can you just confirm the details of the tires? I did this because I can tell that something was not right when I asked for the details of the Tires. Jeff told me hold on I will check and put me on hold and came back and informed me that they were the Perelli +A3 tires that I had ordered. I informed Jeff, that was absolutely not the Tires that I discussed with Audrey, and in fact, I never even heard of those tires. I went on in detail to explain my conversation I had the day before with Audrey when she called me, unsolicited to try and get my business from the earlier inquiry that I had started. I was also able to tell by the hesitance that Jeff was having in giving me the details when I first asked about specifics of the tires that were delivered that something was not right. The bottom line after that conversation with Jeff he was going to have to get in touch with his general manager to see if they can in fact do the price match and that he would call me back ASAP! He never did call me back, and I had to call him later in the afternoon where he again said he would call me back and never did. This Am I called again to be told NO DEAl! Lost the Walmart slot! No price match with tire kingdom! Avoid this Place! Horrible experience!! Should be 0 stars!
