  We picked up the car quickly, and the staff was incredibly efficient and straightforward. A special shoutout to the Area Manager, Irina Mentoya, who was amazing and so helpful when we returned the vehicle. She gave us a lot of great details for our future rentals with Sixt. To top it all off, the car was in perfect condition.

  When I rented my car , I came across an issue with my card and thanks to Jay and his outstanding customer service I was able to not get over charged over due to the circumstances that was on my behalf. I’m very grateful that he was understanding about the overall situation and did everything he could to rectify the problem. The best customer service I’ve experienced with a rental company

  Stay away from SIXT rental car service! I rented a Toyota Sequoia from the Palm Beach airport. It was raining pretty bad the night we got to Sixt. We were met by a woman who appeared less than interested in performing an assessment of the vehicle. She stated that everything was fine and we could be on our way. Being as though it was late and raining, we got into the truck and left. We had a great vacation and returned the vehicle to a different location. They were super helpful. They did not report any damage as they scanned over the vehicle. A couple weeks later, SIXT sent us a claim of approximately $2000, which cited we caused identical scratches on both sides of the vehicle. At NO POINT did we come into contact with anything that would produce this damage. They were unable to produce valid proof of the supposed damage. We didn’t back down and stood our ground. My girlfriend did some research into Sixt and it seems this is common. They attempt to extort money from people for damages that haven’t occurred. Be AWARE! Don’t use SIXT!

  We’re driving now, but we wanted to take a moment to recognize Ketsia and Shelly. They were absolutely wonderful and gave us a fantastic first experience with Sixt! From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made the rental process quick, easy, and stress-free, which was a great way to start our trip. Their positive attitudes and outstanding customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Ketsia and Shelly, for making such a great first impression. Because of you, we’ll definitely consider renting with Sixt again!

  Booking with SIXT was quick, easy, and hassle-free. The entire process was straightforward, and everything was well organized from reservation to pickup. What really made the experience stand out was the excellent customer service from Phil. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. He answered all my questions, got me on the road quickly, and made the whole rental experience even better. I highly recommend SIXT, and if you have the chance to work with Phil, you’re in great hands!
