  Please dont give any start, they're rent robbed me, dont rent any car over there, they stealing over the toll Agreement, they will charge your card for toll even you're already paid by by Florida sunpass. I also post my toll paid by my Transborder so you can see, they're not refunded or getting any credit for double charge. I warned you for what happened between me and this company, they're so unprofessional.

  Review for Jay at SIXT I would like to sincerely thank Jay for his incredible help and professionalism. My boyfriend and I were extremely stressed and desperate because we are Italian, we only had an Italian driver’s license, and we didn’t have a credit card that we could use for the rental. We honestly thought we wouldn’t be able to get a car, and the situation was becoming very stressful. Jay was incredibly kind and patient Thank you so much, Jay! You were absolutely amazing! We highly recommend him and truly appreciate his help

  ​3/5 Stars – Terrible refund policy, but Ketsia provided 5-star service! ​I have mixed feelings about my experience here. On one hand, I want to warn future customers to be very careful: even if you have to leave earlier than your scheduled time, they do not give refunds or credits back, which is really frustrating and messed up for unexpected situations. ​However, I had a truly wonderful experience with Ketsia! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and genuine enthusiasm that I instantly felt completely welcomed. She also shared great information about the company's app, perks, and even its impressive worldwide growth and history. Her professionalism, knowledge, and bright energy made the whole process seamless. ​Thank you, Ketsia, for going above and beyond! Exceptional service like yours is rare to find, and you are the only reason this review isn't lower. Management really needs to rethink the strict no-refund policy, but Ketsia deserves all the praise!

  Ketsia was the Best!!! At the initial greeting she told is about the history of the company, walked us through the contract and kept a smile on her face the entire time. She was so kind and knowledgeable I’m excited to do future business with SIXT car

  Super friendly staff! Low price compared to other companies (for locals), and the cars are in excellent condition. Very clean. Even gave free waters. Note: you have to review the car using the QR code in the parking lot BEFORE you leave. You can’t just take pictures and go, if you find scratches/etc that are not already listed you need to contact someone inside who will add to the system before you drive away.
