My experience with Sixt was very easy. I arrived late at night and there were a number of attentive workers ready to help. I have to give extra compliments to Fiiras for being attentive and very nice while helping me. The building was clean, easy to get to and easy to get out of for a rental car facility. I got a nice car with no issues and have no complaints.

’ve had an excellent experience with SIXT at Palm Beach International Airport. From the moment I arrived, the service was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy. A huge thank you to Irina, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. She was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. One of the things I really like about this location is the selection of luxury vehicles. SIXT consistently offers cars that feel a step above the typical rental experience, and it makes traveling much more enjoyable. Great service, great cars, and a team that clearly cares about their customers. I’ll definitely continue using SIXT at Palm Beach International Airport and highly recommend this location — especially because of Irina and the level of service she provides.

We rented a car for a week from SIXT at this West Palm Beach location. We wanted a luxury car, and the price was unusually low. We had to wait for some time for someone to walk across the street and up a parking ramp to get our car, when they had plenty right there in the lot where the counter is. He came back with a car that was dirty, with plenty of scratches all around and a big ding in the door. We took it and left as we were running late. See pics at time of pickup below. When planning our vacation, I noticed the reviews and complaints on the Better Business Bureau website are completely the opposite of the 4.2 star average here on Google. The majority of the compaints on BBB website are customers getting billed for repairs for damage which was already on the car at time of pickup. Aparently they don't actually repair the cars, if the one we got is any indication of how they do business. I also found a class action lawsuit previously settled by SIXT in 2025 for over $11 million for the same exact issues that are still being reported now in 2026, so it seems to still be a regular part of business and culture at SIXT. So, we decided to purchase the LDW Loss Damage Waiver and Supplemental Liabilty insurance. After booking just the car itself online, I went in to manage the booking afterwards, and it eventually gave me the option to get both of these coverages for only $16 per day as a package under the liability section. I figured instead of getting billed later from SIXT for damage which was already on the car when picked up, we wouldn't have to worry about any of this while on vacation. The rental was cheap enough, as we were able to get a BMW 3 series with unlimited miles and the insurance mentioned above for a total of $311 for an entire week. I would not advise renting a car from this SIXT location in WPB near DJT Airport if you are looking for a clean luxury car and a worry free experience.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. We initially came in as walk-ins and were told that there were no cars available, which we understood. One of the employees specifically told us that SIXT honors reservations and that if we came back with a confirmed reservation, we would be able to rent a car. Based on that advice, we checked the SIXT app, found availability, booked a car, and received a confirmed reservation. We then returned to the counter expecting the reservation to be honored. However, the employee working at the counter told us that because we had “just booked through the website,” he still couldn’t honor the reservation. This made absolutely no sense considering we had just been told by another employee to make a reservation and come back. If there are genuinely no vehicles available, the app should not allow customers to make a reservation and issue a confirmation. More importantly, customers should not be specifically told by staff to make a reservation and return, only to then be turned away once they do exactly that. We wasted a significant amount of time because of contradictory information from the staff and a confirmed reservation that ultimately meant nothing. There was also very little effort made to offer an alternative or resolve the situation. Extremely poor communication and a very frustrating experience.
