  ABSOLUTE CROOOOOKS!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Me and Amy bought a 2023 Volvo from here and 6 months later bring it in for servicing. They tell us it needs $1,000 of work and all 4 new tires need to be replaced and that it’s $1500. Imagine buying a car and then 6 months later it needs $2500 worth of work. Sound fishy to you? Then imagine asking for the tire report from when you bought the car from the service department and they said there is nothing showing up it’s blank/empty. Call me crazy but you would think if you’re spending tens of thousands of dollars you would be getting a car that had a service check before it was sold and at the very least, new tires that were also rotated. We’re not talking about a $3,000 car with 200,000 miles here. Then imagine going over to sales and waiting and waiting and then all of a sudden they miraculously find the tire report from when we bought it and that it’s a 7. Funny how they had nothing then out of thin air it’s a 7. Then imagine going back to the service department and asking for the report where it said nothing on the tire report and they say they’re not allowed to give it to us or show it. No need to imagine that was our exact experience at Volvo of West Palm, 3001 Okeechobee Blvd. This is why places like this Volvo location ruin consumer trust! It’s a shame! You would think with a bit more prestigious brand than your standard car that they wouldn’t be this sleezy and crooked, think again. I guess on Monday I am going to be forced to find all of upper managements contact info, emails, direct lines, cell numbers, from ZoomInfo and escalate this further and tell them what’s happening at their shops - unless it’s made right and from what they told my wife at the dealership it seems doubtful. And to think I was going to bring my Audi in to trade it and buy a Volvo from this exact location. If you’re looking to get a car from here, SHADY SHADY SHADY BUSINESS!!! AVOID IT!!! I’ll take this review down if this is made right by us. Shoutout to Hansel for being the only honest and trustworthy person here.

  It is always should a great experience to go to your Volvo service department. Starting with Eric the adviser(now Manager) to Carolina the shuttle lady. Make it truly the BEST to continue to buy from Schumacher Family!!!

  Do not trust this company for service. They are dishonest. I had used them once before and they found a lot of issues they said needed to be fixed but I trusted them. This time they told me they needed to do diagnostics that I had to pay for if I didn't get the repairs. The headliner in my Volvo convertible fell down and the AC wasn't working, nothing like the engine having issues. They charged $375 to diagnose the headliner and gave a repair estimate for over $12,000 saying they needed parts from NY! The AC estimate was over $6,000 and they said there was another thing wrong that they didn't estimate. They charged about $800 to diagnose the AC. including taxes the "diagnosis" was over $1,200! The blue book value of my car is about $12,000 so i didn't get the repairs. On a long shot I called two local repair shops and both diagnosed the roof over the phone. While neither could fix it one referred me to a company that just did it today for $325. As to the AC, it works fine now. They just needed to put fluid in. There are other words to describe these guys but Volvo shouldn't put theri quality brand name on this dealership.

  My service advisor, Devin, is incredible! He always looks out for me and takes care of any issues I have. Makes me feel like a friend and not just a customer. It's the reason I service my car at Schumacher.
