Agreed on a price with Karl on Friday. Have the email with the offer from Schumacher. They changed the price by 2k two days later as we were working through the purchase. Low integrity, stay away!

If you want to buy a Volvo, go see Daniel Zaccheo At Volvo of the Palm Beaches. Daniel is with you every step of the way. From getting you the best deal possible, explaining the deal, going over the operation the vehicle and the setup of the technology. Once you drive off the lot Daniel is still there to help with any questions or problems with the car. This is my 3rd car I leased from him. It's just not the buying experience. It's the ownership experience.

The Sales department at Schumacher Volvo is nothing short of amazing. From the GM Peter, to my sales associate Richie, these guys are top notch professionals. They listen to your needs and do not force any decisions on to you. They have been great through the whole process. While I was there getting my vehicle serviced, Alex, the service department associate, was able to fix the problem with my vehicle and get me into a loaner that I was looking into purchasing for the duration of my service so that I did not miss work and also got a feel for the upgraded vehicle I was looking to purchase. These guys are amazing! I will not bring my Volvo anywhere other than Schumacher Volvo of the Palm Beaches.

Day 7 met with my attorney we pulled the car fax. I want a full refund. Now. I’m never coming back. It’s actually theft I have proof of ghost repairs and parts. This is illegal. Give me my money back so I can actually get my car fixed. I need to access the trunk for a wheel chair during cancer treatments. Have you no shame?? You’re in breach of contract. You owe me $2400 Not one person has called me NOT one. I will post on every single Schumacher Google business page and Yelp page every single day starting Friday until you make good. Then I will tell everyone on palm beach island how you operate. Mail me a check. I’m so disgusted. Day 6 Auto Repair Fraud: A criminal or civil offense where a mechanic or dealership intentionally lies about services or parts to get money.Phantom Repairs / Ghost Repairs: billing a customer for work or items that were never done or installed.Deceptive Trade Practices: A law violation involving false statements or misleading descriptions of services.Contract Breach: Failing to perform the specific terms of the repair agreement you paid for Day 5 Fraud / Intentional Misrepresentation: Deliberately lying about installing a part to collect money.Breach of Contract: Failing to perform the specific services outlined in the repair order or invoice.Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices (UDAP): State-level consumer protection laws that penalize dishonest business methods. The 3 reviews under mine are all FAKE clearly. If they had good customer service and were on time I wouldn’t be on a “waiting list” to fix something they said they fixed. Which took over 7 days to fix in the first place. Dishonest. They took my money really quickly but are very slow to fix their mistakes. Day 4 today was mom’s 2nd cancer treatment and I could not take her as I could not fit a wheelchair in my trunk as it will not open. I contacted my warranty company who paid Volvo over $1500 to replace both tailgates. They did not. I then contacted the Better business Bureau. Still waiting for a call from Volvo. I’m so disappointed at their lack of customer service and lack of empathy. I have told everyone about my experience with this car company and will continue to do so until they fix what they got paid handsomely to fix. Day 2 and $2400 plus $1500 from warranty 7 days they kept my car!! No loaner. The trunk is STILL broken. I can’t put a wheelchair in the back. They charged so much for labor but yet it’s NOT fixed. Still waiting for a call. Day 1 (really day 10) They kept my car for 7 days. No loaner. Came in with 1 issue my trunk won’t open properly. Ended up having to pay $2400 even though I had a warranty. Got it back 2 days ago. Guess what doesn’t work? The trunk. I told them I will not drop my car off again without a loaner as my mom is having cancer treatments and I need to be able to drive her. They said we will put you on the waiting list. This is day 1. For everyday they make me wait I will post a new review.

On August 1st, I had an emergency with my 2024 XC40, because the battery was dead. My car was towed to the dealership at West Palm Beach, where advisor Hansel Cepeda was working that day. He advised that they needed time to examine the battery to see if that was the issue and if it would be covered by warranty. After a few minutes, he told me that they don't have the replacement battery in stock, and they expected to have by Monday or Tuesday. I asked for a loaner vehicle but he told me they didn't have any. I stated that my wife couldn't go without a car until Tuesday. His answer was that he wasn't there to solve my problems. Then I asked if another dealer in the area could have the replacement battery, and he said he didn't know. I suggested to call the other dealers but he said, he was busy (which wasn't true) and told me to call myself after 10 minutes of discussion (time that could have been used for him to call other dealers). There were also no other customers that were waiting for him. Fortunately the mechanic Joshua, came out to tell me that the Del Rey dealership has the battery. I asked him to start my car and drove myself to Del Rey where Dominic helped me and solve the problem.
