After trying to buy alcohol at the self kiosk Savannah said she can’t come scan the ID to come on the regular line. It was 2 of us my friend had her ID and Savannah rudely said she needed mine. I told her it wasn’t for me it was for my friend i was with. She refused to sell the beer. And stopped talking with me and only would talk with my friend. Completely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate. Very rude. Bad attitude. This isn’t the first interaction I’ve had with her. I’m in there every weekend. Her customer service is awful.
- JLJoshua LiebermanJun 7, 20263.0Positives: Gas prices not too bad. Outside lot and bathrooms inside are clean, gas pumps work fine, coffee machine works, self-checkout works. Pizza and other prepared food looks and smells good but I never tried it. Negatives: For me, the cappuccino machine has been unavailable or broken on multiple visits. Sometimes the front panel is flipped up for stocking or cleaning. The employees are usually too busy to fix it. I don't blame them because it's a busy location and they obviously have customers to take care of, it's probably just understaffed for morning hours. Today the machine was available and I tried 3 different flavors of cappuccino. 2 of them were just hot water and last 1 was in stock, but that last one sprayed everywhere when it came out including on my shirt. I gave up on it and got an overpriced energy drink. Overall rating 3/5, will change to 5/5 if y'all keep the cap machine maintained and fully stocked before the morning rush.
