  Extremely frustrating experience. I parked in this garage with an SUV and backed into a spot, which resulted in my windshield being completely shattered. The garage is extremely tight and not well-suited for larger vehicles. What’s most concerning is that while I later noticed signage on other levels stating not to back into spots, there was no such signage on the level I parked on. Without consistent or visible warnings, there was no way to know this restriction. This created a dangerous situation, as I had to drive hours home with a shattered windshield. I’ve also had difficulty reaching anyone to address the issue. At minimum, clearer and consistent signage is needed throughout the garage to prevent this from happening to others.

  be VERY careful when you trying to park reversed…. came there, crushed my car and left right away - $7 🤡

  Extremely tight parking! If you're trying to park an SUV here I would suggest to try a different parking garage. If your tailgate opens vertically it will hit the ceiling. If your vehicle's height is a bit over 6" you will find yourself worrying about hitting the ceiling on every ramp. Also, because they only have one lane in and one out, you might find yourself waiting to exit, it seems the software is no intuitive enough and patrons will struggle to pay. So, if you're in a compact, don't fret, otherwise save yourself the stress.

  This parking garage was an awful experience and completely ruined our evening. Our car’s rear windshield was shattered due to unsafe conditions, and there were absolutely no warning signs alerting drivers to any hazards. To make matters worse, there was no one on-site or in the office to speak with, leaving us without any support or accountability. It is unacceptable that this garage continues to operate and charge customers — even for the few minutes we were there — while failing to ensure basic safety standards. This is not only irresponsible but also deeply unfair to the public. Whoever manages or owns this facility should be ashamed of allowing such negligence to continue. We urge management to take responsibility, install proper warnings, and make the necessary repairs immediately before more vehicles are damaged. Your customers deserve better than this careless disregard for safety.

  Totalmente arruinada 😑 la noche Por haber entrado a este estacionamiento Solo entre a destruir el parabrisas trasero de mi auto En menos de 5 minutos y te cobran 7 dólares Si a pasado por esto antes deje su comentario para que no entren y no les pase lo mismo Mi auto es un 22 Honda CR-V hybrid y por la camara tracera no se mira el muro de concreto que tiene el estacionamiento que sobre sale 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Totally ruined 😑 the night For entering this parking lot I just came in to destroy the rear windshield of my car. In less than 5 minutes and they charge you 7 dollars If you have been through this before, leave your comment so that they do not enter and the same thing does not happen to them My car is a 22 Honda CR-V hybrid and the rear camera does not look at the concrete wall that has the parking lot that stands out 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
