  west Palm beach team was wonderful. Agent at check in was so Friendly, helpful, offered us water, and cars available that met our needs. Gate agent helped with learning how to use shift in car. Matt on check out day was super nice, quick in and out both ways.

  Big thanks to Reggie and Alex at National Car Rental in West Palm Beach. I had a problem with my rental, and they stepped in right away and took care of everything. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I was satisfied. Because of them, my experience went from frustrating to easy. Truly great customer service.

  We do National Rental mostly because there are no waiting lines and is very convenient. I do think we should be offered Specials since we rent 4 times a year.

  Shuttle was prompt and fast. Rented car and was on the road within 10 minutes. Easy return with respectful and cheerful workers.

  For you, to be able to pick from the executive or emerald aisle , they literally have the worst selection of any national, that I’ve been to in the country. And I can say I’ve literally been to about 20 to 30. They have the cheapest cars. And literally the cheapest options. The vehicles that go as regular vehicles and other locations are considered premium here. I will personally just go to budget or Avis before I come back here. Update Juan lied, I came the next day to drop a friend off and the cars he said were premium on Friday were regular on Saturday. Also found out National doesn’t pick up downstairs in the morning. Literally waited 30 mins before going back upstairs
