  I want to commend the staff that assisted me when I dropped my SUV off today, but locked the doors before getting my suitcase out. (I'd left the keys inside as directed.) It was pretty hot at DFW, but the manager (Lisa I believe) got me a cold water and the two guys were able to open the door like champs. This is my second time renting from National and it will not be the last! Awesome company!

  The 2 front desk ladies were amazing , super helpful and patient . Mr Freddy the gentleman working the exit gate was great as well .

  My daughter came to pick us up at the National rent a car parking lot after we returned our rental. there was a shuttle driver harassing her at the parking lot. Blowing the horn without stopping and yelling at her. Bus # us dot:2177599. If you could identify the driver, tall, bold, around 60 years old person. VERY unprofessional and loud.Cursing aggressively to my husband. My daughter entered the wrong path, going in front of the bus which was stopped, dropping passengers and not moving. Therefore my confused daughter wasn’t bothering anyone at the time. I am unsure if you hire the drivers but it was a terrible experience and definitely a winner of a bad review. People was looking at the scene like if that was a movie. The time was around 4:20 pm, Saturday the 27th. I hope you have cameras to review this. You should take care of the people you hire to be mentally and emotionally balanced. The guy was rude, scary and aggressive, and when my husband tried to talk to him, he coursed, yelled and threatened both, to the point I thought it would be a physical fight. Very scary. I would never take a shuttle from the airport if I see this guy is driving. A traumatic experience.

  I rent cars 4-5 times a year. Used to swear by the “affordable” companies. Eventually nothing but issues and disappointment. Began renting with National. Process is beyond simple, pricing is extremely reasonable, and rental and pick up is seamless. I have found my rental company!!
