- RCReal CLeaNAug 6, 20263.0Staff over the phone did not give me any details regarding showing up early or pricing at the Tint World location. As a result, I incurred a $75 late fee when I arrived to the installation location. The staff who make the appointments could be trained better to make sure they inform customers of the full details from the installers to avoid this situation in the future. I will be honest though, Intoxalock escalations dept did listen to my complaint about the late fee and did refund (credit) my account with the $75.00 so I was happy about that. Thank you
- ALAntonio LongoriaAug 6, 20261.0Very unprofessional front desk staff member with the long beard who kept threatening me with false accusations and misinformationz Also he was not helpful in the installation of the IID. The tech who placed the device was nice but the front desk guy needs to reprimanded for talking to customers the way he did to me. HIGHLY OFFENSIVE! If this wasn’t something I had to do I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO TINT WORLD FOR ANYTHING! They should be more clear on the instructions regarding appointment time (as nobody told me I had to be there an hour early for my appointment and I got charged $75 Unknowingly). Very unprofessional front desk, staff member. No matter what someone did he Has no right to talk to people the way he did to me.
