  I had some tires installed at the downtown West Palm Goodyear location and they were fantastic. Explained everything to and they had me in and out of there in 45 minutes.

  Shop other places, rude and dismissive staff!! I had a nail in my tire, however it appeared to not fully puncture my tire, pressure remained the same for 24 hours. I still wanted to get it checked out to see if it would need a patch up. Came here and a woman BARELY looked at my tire and determined I needed a whole new tire, she was dismissive and didn’t even inspect my pressure or anything, just a simple glance and insisted it needed a new tire due to where the nail punctured my tire (on the side). Glad I shopped around because at Costco they determined I did not need a new tire and it did in-fact not fully puncture my tire in-fact just needed to be removed. Goodyear do better at training your employees to intentionally listen to your customers without dismissing them just to get a bigger check.

  Ivan and othe tech on my tire were great. Fast repair while are I waited. As a Goodyear stockholder I was pleased to see the great service first hand.

  I came here to get my tires rotated, I booked online and showed up at the time of my booking and it was done in 20 minutes! Lightning fast! Everyone there was super friendly and professional and it’s my second time here and both times were perfect. Looking forward to future services here because it went so well. Shout out to Chris, Ivan, and Sherrie for making the process smooth!

  I’ve had two great experiences with Goodyear WPB. The first was when I came back from being away for the summer and needed air in my tires. I didn’t have a gauge, so I drove past this location on a whim — they helped me right away and didn’t charge me for the service. The second just happened. My tire was punctured at a car wash, and the car wash was trying to arrange a replacement, but their repair shop couldn’t source the tire for another week. Goodyear got me in the same day. I brought the car over, they replaced the tire immediately — no wait — put the donut back in the trunk, and recalibrated all the tires. Fast, easy, and pleasant. A big THANK YOU to Ivan Alonso, Chris Goody, and the exceptional Sherrie Hoffman.
