  Extremely unprofessional. When I first called the woman didn’t know how to work the phone & hung up on me. Then I called back. She should’ve called me. I spoke with a man named Andrew Jackson. He is also unprofessional. He answered the phone like it was a personal call. Then he wouldn’t give me his phone number. He said he would text me. All I received was his name & number. I called back & asked for the owner or GM. The lady who had a Spanish accent told me the owner lives out of state & the GM I would have to leave my information & she will call me back. Forget this place. I recommend you go somewhere else!

  As bad as slimy car salesman. Only care about you till you buy. Still havent got my gap insurance refund. Called, emailed, even spoke with a manager. Told me i can payoff the loan in as little as 6 mo w/o penalty. Wrong its 36 months. I let my guard down thinking i was in a honest place. It wasnt till later i learned i was scammed. Make sure to check everything because once that 1yr is gone you're stuck. I didnt check my furnace (heater) because i live in Florida. Well took a work trip to NW FL in winter and nothing i could do to get it running. They said they would have to troubleshoot but if its just a bad wire then i would have to pay for time finding problem pluse labor and parts to fix at some $150 / hr. The extra warranty is nonsence, NOT worth it. First time buyer and will NOT buy from this company anymore.

  We can't say enough good things about Shane Malone at General RV in West Palm Beach! This was our second experience working with him, and once again he went above and beyond. We traded in the trailer we bought just a year ago and moved into a new Brinkley. Shane got us a great deal and worked with us until everything landed right at our numbers. Shane and the entire General RV West Palm Beach team were professional, transparent, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We highly recommend them!

  Took my Rv for Coleman A/C warranty replacement. Techs said the air conditioner was fine but I had it checked out by professional and they said it’s bad and it wouldn’t cool at midday! It’s been maybe over a month and still haven’t warranted my ac. I will never go there again! Technicians are a joke! I asked if they checked pressure on the ac, and they didn’t have an answer! Never again!

  I walked into General RV Center not knowing exactly how to navigate the store or where to find the parts I needed. Jorge, aka JR, greeted me with kindness and immediately started asking questions to understand how he could help. By the time I walked out, I had everything I needed — including parts I didn’t realize I would need and would have had to come back for later. JR was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He knew exactly what I was looking for and made the whole experience easy. He also took the time to show me and demonstrate some really cool products that could upgrade my RV. Thank you, JR, for the great customer service and for making my visit such a positive experience. You’re definitely an asset to General RV Center!
