  We recently purchased a 2025 Jayco 19MRK from General RV Center in West Palm Beach, FL and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. A huge thank you to Shane, our sales representative, who was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure we found the right RV for our needs. He made the entire purchasing process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable without ever making us feel pressured. Shane took the time to answer every question thoroughly and ensured we were comfortable and confident with our decision. We also want to recognize Lucy for providing an outstanding and extremely thorough RV indoctrination and training session. As RV owners know, there is a lot to learn, and Lucy did an incredible job walking us through every system and feature of the 2025 Jayco 19MRK. Her attention to detail, patience, and ability to explain everything clearly made us feel fully prepared and excited for our future travels.   I came in here looking for options for a small travel trailer that I could comfortably and (most importantly) safely tow with my 1/2 ton truck, with the intent to see if I liked this "lifestyle" and then upgrade in a couple years (with a bigger truck). The sales person I spoke with started showing me MASSIVE rigs that, yes, unloaded, were within my tow capacity, but would have put me at the absolute max and WELL OVER my payload. When I mentioned this concern, I then had to EXPLAIN TO AN RV SALES REP WHAT PAYLOAD WAS. He then spent the entire time looking things up in his app on his phone - something I could have easily done without help. He knew nothing about systems. If you're selling campers, you need to understand the basics of towing - absolutely ridiculous. Then came the high-pressure sales tactics PLUS the added fees. I shopped around with other dealers and General RV's "prep" package includes absolutely nothing, whereas some others come with perks, memberships, etc. I almost purchased from General RV just because it was the closest dealership, but ultimately found a used 2026 from another dealer and am SO glad I went that route. I would avoid General RV at all costs unless you know exactly what you want, how to negotiate (don't focus on payments, just OTD), and basic RV and safety rules. Also... order an outside inspection.

  After the best purchasing experience, we got to end it with an equally amazing delivery experience thanks to Yosvany! He delivered our fifth wheel from West Palm to Davie and made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He backed the camper perfectly into our backyard with absolutely no issues, even in a tricky space, and made it look easy. Yosvany was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful the entire time. He answered all of our questions, made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it, and truly went above and beyond. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about his customers. We are so appreciative of all his help and couldn’t have asked for a better delivery experience! Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at General RV thanks to Jose Gonzales. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. What stood out the most was his patience and genuine willingness to help without any pressure. Excellent customer service, great communication, and an overall smooth experience. I highly recommend asking for Jose Gonzales if you visit General RV.
