  We purchased a 2026 Forest River Salem Hemisphere 301FAM. Our experience with General RV was, without exaggeration, one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Buying an RV is a huge decision (we own several), and every single person we worked with made us feel valued, informed, and genuinely excited throughout the entire process. Henry in Sales was honest, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer every question we had. Ashley in Finance made what is typically the most stressful part of purchasing, incredibly smooth. She explained everything clearly, was transparent every step of the way, and made sure we were comfortable and understood every detail before signing. She was friendly, organized, and wonderful to work with. Our walkthrough with Robert was exceptional. He didn’t simply show us where things were, he truly educated us. He patiently walked us through every system and function of the RV, making sure we knew how everything operated before we left. It gave us so much confidence and peace of mind. His knowledge and willingness to teach were invaluable. When it came time for delivery, Yosvany was the icing on the cake. He delivered our RV with such professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm that he made an already amazing experience even better. He is one of the most delightful people we’ve ever met. He was friendly, personable, and genuinely happy to help. His positive attitude is contagious, and he made us feel like we were receiving our RV from a friend rather than simply completing a transaction. It’s rare to find a company where every department delivers outstanding service, but General RV has built an incredible team. Every interaction we had was positive, professional, and centered around making sure we had the best possible experience.   We had an amazing experience purchasing our RV! Henry was a fantastic sales representative who worked with us every step of the way and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Ashley took great care of us during financing and made everything clear and stress-free. Robert did an excellent walk-through and made sure we understood all the features of our RV before we left. Yosvanny was an outstanding delivery driver who made the delivery smooth, professional, and worry-free. The pricing was great, the communication was excellent, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From the first conversation to delivery day, everything was handled professionally and with genuine care. We couldn’t be happier with our new RV and highly recommend this dealership.   Our experience with General RV was extremely disappointing. We found a travel trailer we really liked and were excited to purchase it. We completed the financing application, provided every document requested, including pay stubs, bank statements, and additional information, and patiently waited for updates. The biggest issue was not that the financing was ultimately denied. We understand that lenders make those decisions. The real problem was the complete lack of communication and customer service throughout the process. We went more than 24 hours without receiving any update. No phone call, no text message, and no email explaining what was happening. We even returned to the dealership in person hoping to get an update. Instead of speaking with us directly, our salesperson walked away, had someone else ask us to wait in a room, and never came to explain the situation. As customers, that made us feel ignored and unimportant. Only after we kept asking for information did we finally receive text messages explaining that financing had been declined due to limited credit history. Later, we were offered financing only if we increased our down payment to $7,000 with a 17.75% interest rate. Buying an RV is a major financial decision. We expected honesty, transparency, and proactive communication. Unfortunately, we experienced the opposite. We truly liked the RV, but because of the way the process was handled, we decided not to move forward with the purchase. I hope General RV improves its communication and customer service, because no customer should be left wondering what is happening during such an important purchase.

  Ok I waited 4 months to write this so I could be honest and factual . The sale was clean , easy and professional , we purchased a DRV mobile SUITE Houston model. Henry our rep was easy going and easy to converse with no hard sale , we liked that ! Ashley the finances manager gave me exactly the payment I wanted I still owe her an espresso martini 🫢 Kieth in management k new every detail of the rig and suggested strongly Not to install instant heat Great call on his part ! Robert the service manager stayed on top of details. From start to finish. All key players in the sales presentation and deal making. Andrew GM of sales is the glue of the team And kept a hand in the entire process from start to finish After having it 3 1/2 they have been there for us with special efforts from Andrew! QB 1 🦾

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Our experience with the General RV West Palm Beach service department has been extremely frustrating. We purchased our RV on April 15, 2026, and more than 70 days later, many of the delivery-related issues still have not been resolved. What should have been a straightforward process has turned into a never-ending cycle of follow-ups, unanswered questions, missed commitments, and poor communication. The recurring theme throughout this experience has been that the ball keeps getting dropped. Parts that should have been ordered months ago either were not ordered at all or were not properly tracked. We repeatedly find ourselves having to initiate contact, ask for updates, and verify whether anything has actually been done. As customers, we should not have to manage the repair process ourselves or continuously follow up to ensure parts are ordered, appointments are scheduled, and commitments are honored. Purchasing a new RV should be exciting. Instead, we’ve spent months trying to get basic delivery and warranty items addressed. The lack of urgency, communication, accountability, and customer service has been incredibly disappointing. The most frustrating part is that many of these issues could have been avoided with simple follow-through and proactive communication. Had parts been ordered as promised and updates provided consistently, our experience would likely be very different. Unfortunately, the ongoing delays and lack of accountability have turned what should have been an exciting new RV ownership experience into a stressful and frustrating one. We expected far better support after the sale, especially from a company of this size and reputation.
