I reported the erroneous charge by text and by phone message and again by text to Steve at Autonation Cadillac and I still do not have a resolution nor a refund. I am not supposed to pay for a loaner when my 6-month old car is being serviced. Issue my refund immediately or this will be escalated to both corporate departments.
