  Shakira was awesome very helpful very responsive she was very respectful the whole time and I rent cars on weekends often I was sent here from another location she was on demand I loved everything about her great person will be back !!

  Booking this place on Priceline, I thought it was the airport Enterprise, when really you take the airport shuttle to a different Enterprise, and walk around 3-4 minutes down the road to this location. It looks like a truck rental place from the outside, but they do have some regular cars! I will say getting here was not fun- lugging our suitcases down the road from where the airport shuttle dropped us off. However, Shakeria was great! She was friendly and worked quickly/efficiently. We were in our rental SUV in no time. When we returned it, she graciously offered to drop us off at the airport shuttle so we didn’t have to walk with our suitcases. Great customer service from Shakeria!

  My online experience with the Palm Beach Airport was terrible so I wasn't expecting much when I got to this location, but Shakeria Read impressed me so much I had to mention her. She first apologized for my prior experience, made me her top priority. She was knowledgeable, detailed and encouraging. Just when you think customer service is dead. She made me hopeful again. I will recommend her to everyone I know who needs a car rental.
