  This is unacceptable. I have called all week long for the $75 refund I am due ... was told earlier this week it would be processed, it wasn't. Called FIVE TIMES today, went through once and was hung up on, and another 4 times picked up to he transferred to a robotic reservation line after holding for 20-30 mins. I would like to speak to a branch manager and get this resolved immediately. It shouldn't be this difficult. Answer your phones and put me on hold, but don't do obnoxious things like this wasting people's valuable time. Malik? Process the refund and call me back please.

  We had an outstanding experience renting from Enterprise! We had reserved a specific van, and when we arrived, there was initially a different van available. The team immediately understood our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were placed in the exact van we had requested. Their professionalism, willingness to help, and excellent customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The checkout process was just as impressive—quick, efficient, and friendly. We also appreciated learning that if you live within three miles, Enterprise can even provide a ride with advance notice, which is a great convenience. The entire staff was courteous, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. We will definitely be renting from this location again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional customer service!

  Coming to this location is always a pleasure. On my most recent visit Matt was a great help. He made sure that we had the most reliable vehicle for our road trip. I will always check at this location before checking on others. Keep up the great work Matt!

  What a shady company... They gave me a Durango beat to all heck. Now they're trying to hit me with a bill for a rock chip on the windshield. Never using Enterprise again... Going to file a complaint with the AG for shady practices.

  This enterprise gave me a $3,500 bill for renting their car for a week (while Ford across the street was fixing my car) and it was supposed to be comped by Ford. It was a fictitious bill and I explained that I was getting my car fixed and Ford was supposed to have it taken care of. Ford even reached out and I still continued to get mail with this fictitious bill sent to collections. They’re predatory. Do not use them.
