Jean was amazing, and now Matt, the new manager, made such a great first impression. When there was an issue with the vehicle I was originally assigned, I went back and they immediately offered another option. Since I booked a mystery vehicle, I understood it comes with surprises. The replacement car did have a slight odor, but it wasn’t anything unbearable. I did mention it before leaving, Matt was very apologetic, took note of it, and compensated us for the inconvenience. Overall, the way this location handles situations and prioritizes customer satisfaction is exactly why I keep coming back.

Even covered the cost for an Uber to the train station when the shuttle was unavailable. The car was clean and in great condition. The office was clean, efficient, and comfortable, and the rates were more than reasonable, considering the geographic location and Spring Break. The shuttle driver was timely, very professional but not "stuffy", had a great sense of humor and an overall pleasure to meet. He did a great job getting me to the office from Amtrak in a safe and timely fashion. This was without a doubt, the absolute best experience I've had with any Enterprise store in over 10 years! Prior to this I've stayed away from Enterprise whenever possible. This experience brought me back! Thanks, Gordon
