Because the repairs could not be completed the same day, I was directed to your Enterprise location on Military Trail to pick up a rental. When I arrived at around 5:15 PM, the waiting room was completely full. Despite being the only staff member on duty, you worked with exceptional speed and focus to assist everyone. It was truly impressive watching you balance inbound customers and vehicle pickups so efficiently, clearing the entire lobby in under 20 minutes while ensuring every person received great service. As someone who deeply values strong customer service, I wanted to recognize Malik's hard work and dedication. You know your job inside and out, and you are a true asset to Enterprise.

Matt and Malik are more than amazing! I haven’t been able to get any surveys as much lately since I’ve been renting with them but I wanted to leave a review as well because promised them. These two have made my renting experience more than great after I had a very bad experience with enterprise again and that means a lot coming from me.
