- EMEM MangalAug 27, 20265.0I recently rented the Mercedes Sprinter from Enterprise located on Congres. Camilo Duarte was very helpful and accommodating, he made the rental process very easy. Christian Morales made returning the vehicle process super easy as well. Both gentlemen were super helpful, courteous and very friendly. Cannot say enough good things about this rental location.

Thankful that despite all the other airport rental companies being sold out, this Enterprise and their crew came through with a great vehicle as well! Mr. Youssef was incredibly kind and helpful! Amazing customer service and help!
- JZJonise ZephirAug 20, 20261.0One of the worst stupid dummest unreliable people working there I had a car from State Farm when I had to pick up the car the guy said “ he will call State Farm for insurance so I stayed on the phone for more than 1hr so he told me that I can drive without insurance or I can come back so I came back we call again no answer so told me there’s another thing you can drive it without insurance since I have my own insurance the insurance will be on that car for a day only if I m ok to drive without insurance I said ok since I paid 50$ and get refund after I returned the car so now I have to get a bill I owe 400$ for what

And this wasn't the first time. But I can always depend on Enterprise to help me out when I need a vehicle. The staff at the West Palm Beach office at Okeechobee and Congress were extremely helpful and had me in my way in a very reasonable amount of time. And the return was a breeze
