  All I can say about this exact branch is that they are unprofessional including the managers. Also they sit and critique customers who comes in and this was told by a former employee they aren’t any help and if they are it’s because they are closing soon.

  This is the worst enterprise I have reserved more than three times and they never have the vehicle I asked for even if I reserve three months and a half advance, they never seem to have the car I asked even if I reserve three months in advance also surprise fees and upselling, hours-long wait times at understaffed counters, and poor fleet management resulting in dirty or damaged don’t come to this location is the worst Enterprise I wish I can give them a 0

  Alex and Carmen were great!! I mainly worked with Alex, who was incredibly kind and accommodating around my rental. I had a couple issues and he made them work without breaking a sweat. Carmen was very thorough in reviewing my rental - he even put down all the seats for me so I didn't have to! Thanks fellas!
