  This is the worst enterprise I have reserved more than three times and they never have the vehicle I asked for even if I reserve three months and a half advance, they never seem to have the car I asked even if I reserve three months in advance also surprise fees and upselling, hours-long wait times at understaffed counters, and poor fleet management resulting in dirty or damaged don’t come to this location is the worst Enterprise I wish I can give them a 0

  Alex and Carmen were great!! I mainly worked with Alex, who was incredibly kind and accommodating around my rental. I had a couple issues and he made them work without breaking a sweat. Carmen was very thorough in reviewing my rental - he even put down all the seats for me so I didn't have to! Thanks fellas!

  The staff ok. I just hate that everytime I come there I have to settle I’m annoyed I’ll book something and they don’t have what I want or anything close and I always book months in ahead 😕

  Hertz is much better in this area. Be a loyal Enterprise customer and do everything right and they still won't have a car when you arrive. They will offer no assistance. If you complain they will smile at you and tell you "you're just out of luck". You'll be told the manager will call, but they won't, even if you followup again.

  I’ve had an ongoing issue with getting my deposit refunded, and it’s been extremely frustrating. The rental itself was returned without any issues, yet it has now been almost two months, and I still have not received my deposit back. I’ve called multiple times, and each time I’m told someone will follow up, but no one ever does. It’s concerning that a company requires a deposit upfront but does not return it once the vehicle is returned. This is not what I would expect from a company of this size. I would simply like this resolved and my deposit returned.
