  I recently rented a Jeep Grand Wagoneer from Enterprise @PBI and my experience was amazing! I have the pleaser of traveling all across North America for ministry work and I typically rent with Enterprise sometimes 2-3 times a month. Over the past two decades this rental at PBI was the first time I experienced a seamless, pain free check in process. I checked in on line before arriving to the facility on Belvedere Rd. When I arrived there were folks standing in line so I politely asked the lady at the desk if I could proceed to the counter outside since I already check in. I was met outside by a kind gentleman who verified my name and he immediately pointed me to a row of Grand Waggoneers. ( my preferred car when traveling with guests). Once I selected my car I drove to the exit and the courteous lady at the exit window verified my reservation and credentials and she had me on my way in less than 2 minutes!!! What an incredible experience! Congratulations Enterprise @PBI, you guys are definitely a cut above the other locations!!! You run a mean lean operating machine!!!

  We had a great experience with Enterprise Car Rental when we needed a car rental ASAP because our tire blew out. Angelo was incredibly kind and polite to me and my mother in law, and made the entire process quick and easy. The car selection was good and the price very reasonable. We would certainly go to them again, Angelo was the best, thanks again!!

  My partner and I had the misfortune of booking a car rental with another company that ended up not working out once we got to the counter to get our car reservation. We were exhausted and stressed with the situation when we got to the Enterprise counter with little hope of finding a last minute car rental with a new company. In the end, we feel very fortunate that the initial booking did not work out because we had an amazing customer service at Enterprise. We were greeted by an amazing employee Amber who was kind and proactive in helping us find a solution to our rental problem. During our whole interaction, Amber was efficient in assisting us and helped us feel at ease after a very stressful situation. We had such great service and we highly recommend Enterprise at the West Palm Beach airport location.

  If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to be actively unhelped by a manager, Nate at Enterprise delivers a masterclass. We showed up with a reservation that included car seats for our two young kids. Minor detail, right? Apparently not, because they had none. No heads up, no backup plan, just vibes. Enter Nate. His approach to problem-solving can best be described as “what if I did absolutely nothing?” I asked if he could call other Enterprise locations. Nope. Check with nearby rental companies. Also nope. His big solution was that we should go buy car seats at Walmart or Target. When I pointed out we didn’t have a car (you know, the whole reason we were there), his recommendation was to “walk it.” Just casually stroll with a 4-year-old, a 2-year-old, and luggage across a highway like it’s a family outing. At that point it felt less like customer service and more like a social experiment to see how little help a manager can provide before people give up. We were left completely stranded, with zero effort made to assist. Nate didn’t just drop the ball, he refused to even pick it up. Avoid this location unless your backup plan is already in place, because they definitely won’t help you come up with one.
