  I arrived last week and was taken care of by Scott, such an amazing rep. Gave me all the info, was very helpful and friendly made the start of my trip amazing. If it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have rented with enterprise sorry..

  After leaving Hollywood’s location because they didn’t have my vehicle. I rebooked for PBI location and GG was more than understanding and turned my experience around. She was very sympathetic and addressed all my needs and got me going in the Truck that I needed for my business. Karrell was also very nice. Thank you GG and her PBI team for taking such great care of me! I will definitely be back!

  I rented a Honda mini van for 3 days. Upon leaving with my family for a trip, the vans maintenance icon appeared the dashboard and the suspension completely bottomed out after loading a few passengers and some luggage which caused the trip to be extremely uncomfortable on the highway. In addition, the car shock horribly when braking at high speeds which indicates inadequate brake maintenance. The final incident occurred upon returning the vehicle to the PBI location on Belvedere. The website stated the location closes at 1:00 am but upon arrival at 12:07 am, an employee indicated that they were closed which prevented the rental from being returned. I was forced to return the rental st 5:00 am later that morning. I'm highly disappointed in the PBI location on Belvedere Rd.

  We booked a Wagoneer, we had a large selection to choose from. It was ready to go no waiting, totally worth it. We took it to Williston Florida and down to the keys with no problem. dropping off was just as easy from and to the airport, the bus was ready to pick us up and take us back to the airport no problem. I’m very happy with their services. staff is also very accommadating they said to leave any trash we needed thrown away they would take care of it and made sure we did not leave any bags. They always asked if everything went ok with the car.

  I would like to share my story. I had a reservation booked 3 weeks in advance at another location. When I arrived at 9:30 am, the person working said that they didn't have anything show up yet. I said, I work across the street, so can you call me when it arrives. He never called me, then closed location at noon. I called reservations and explained what happened. They transferred me to another location. I arrived at 3:00 like I was told. Checked in to that location and paid the amount. Then a manager came out and told me they have no car for me. Yes, I was mad because now this is the 2nd location. I went to the airport location and asked for a booking and explained what has happened since 9:30 in the morning. Although, they did not have availability for my booking. They did everything that they could to assist. even the manager Nate had stepped in and helped out. They helped out me and my family to be able to start our vacation. And they even upgraded us for our troubles through out the day. Nate and his team was a pleasure to work with. I will only book at this airport location moving forward. Thank you to Nate and thank you for helping my and my family...
