  Excelente servicio en AutoZone. Los empleados me trataron súper bien desde que llegué: muy amables, profesionales y dispuestos a ayudar. Revisaron el problema con mi batería y ahora mismo me la están cambiando, haciendo todo el proceso mucho más fácil para mí. Da gusto encontrar un lugar donde realmente se preocupan por atender bien al cliente y ayudar a resolver el problema. Definitivamente recomiendo este AutoZone y volveré cuando necesite cualquier cosa para mi carro. ¡Muchas gracias por la excelente atención!

  Vashtee did an amazing job, she was quick to answer my phone call and she was able to answer any questions I had. When I arrived to pick up the part I needed, she was quick to service me and was very polite. Great service!

  After A diagnostic At Midas, I was told that my catalytic converters were shot, and I needed to replace them. I Started to look for the parts to buy So MY mechanic Can do the work I found out the part number and called autozone...ANGEL Help me find the part and told me The price, which would've been about $1700+ for both parts And then he did something no one else has EVER did in all the years I shopped at autozone... He ASKED me what issues I was having with my car He asks me the year make model and mileage 2018 kia Optima 172000+ miles and told me I don't need the catalytic converter replaced I should try a cleaner because that should clean it is just build up and He's suggested cataclean(?) Also The check engine light never came on I got a diagnostic because I wanted one To see what was wrong with my car Because something was and he said especially since the check engine light didn't come on I should use the cleaner. I followed the instructions...Put it in my gas tank With four gallons of gas took it on the 95 drove at seventy miles an hour for twenty minutes Then fill it all the way up with gas And go on with my driving. I was amazed and happy that immediately my car started driving better. It had pickup right away when the pick up started at forty miles an hour before the cleaner. I am SOOO grateful for Angel so grateful. He saved me thousands of dollars or just me parking my car because I don't have thousands of dollars to fix it.🤷🏽‍♀️ I'm grateful.
