  Emily from jensen rental and Reggie from airport rental are outstanding employees. They took the time to listen to our concerns and help us. Customer service and roadside services are horrible

  The best rental car experience I've ever had. Upon arrival, they gave us several choices. All we had to do was select one and go after a brief stop at the check-out gate. The car was extremely fresh and clean. The return process was just as quick and efficient.

  I have rented many rental cars, especially in west palm beach and I have to say that Alamo has been the BEST service I have ever used. I have used a different rental company each time because I haven't had a good experience or nothing stood out to me, but this time with Alamo, everything was 5/5 from pick up and great customer service, to receiving a free upgrade, to their resolution of a small problem and the follow up afterwards was outstanding!!! I travel to PBI often and I will most definitely be using Alamo from here on. See you all again in August.

  I arrive mid afternoon to the Alamo office to pick up my reservation after a hard day of travel and encounter a female employee working the booth with no customers ahead of or behind me, she seemed annoyed from the start. I give my credit card and unfortunately the name is worn off, so according to her, I cannot use it and there's nothing she can do. I try to use a debit card but that requires return flight verification which I didnt have available at the moment. No willingness to help or check beyond that, "Sorry its policy." Fine, I wasnt thrilled, but understood. I asked for my cards back and walked over to Enterprise to see if they can help. She follows me to Enterprise and tells them that they shouldnt rent me a car. Enterprise thankfully ignored her, asked me for a second form of ID (Alamo could have done the same) and then ran my CC through their system and were able to verify the name on the account matched my two IDs, easy peasy. I asked why Alamo doesn't have the same system and Enterprise said that Alamo has the same ability, she just didnt want to help. So tell me Alamo, how do you feel about not only losing easy business to a competitor, but also that you have a vindictive employee who instead of taking time to help me through the process like Enterprise did, decides she does have time to come over to Enterprise to try and sabotage my transaction with them? Is that typical of your employees? Is that how you train them to treat the tired and stressed out travelers who are trying to continue with their journeys? Beyond unhelpful, truly quite spiteful. Without some form of apology, your services will never be needed by me.

  Rented a car from Alamo through Costco and was very impressed with the service, ease and reasonable priced. And the Alamo car was brand new!! Definitely recommend 👍
