Everyone who checked me in and then when I got the car were extremely nice and helpful, the car was so beautiful I fell in love and I want to buy it now but overall great experience, I have rented with Alamo before and will continue doing so!

I rented a minivan from Alamo a week ago. And the price was a couple hundred dollars lower than the surrounding renter car places for a weeks rental, around the west palm airport. The check in was quick and painless. I wasn't pressured into an up sale. Nor was I pressured to take the many different insurances that are offered. I was asked but not pressured. I also like the fact that many of the vehicles, including my minivan, were covered and not baking in the Florida sun. There was an attendant outside to show me exactly where my vehicle was. And she gave me a choice of colors and walked away, and let me choose with no sense of urgency. The only small pet peeve I have is no one tells you where to go after you drop the vehicle off to be picked up by a family member and not getting on the bus. I really had no idea where to tell my wife to come to pick me up. In front of the office, where I was dropped off originally are huge signs saying busses only etc et cetera, no stopping, no standing. I'm sure there's a designated place, so maybe I just missed it. Other than that, the vehicle was clean, I got my choice of colors, exit was quick, I was a little late returning it because of traffic with no hassle, and the price was right. Can't ask for much more.

Car was fine. Newer model. Staff friendly. And drop off and pick up of car was fast and easy. Issue was shuttle at Palm Beach airport. After you drop off they wait to call a shuttle to take you to airport until there is enough people to fill the bus. Then the AC doesn't work on the bus. So final experience is getting crammed on a hot bus in Florida for a sweaty ride to the terminal. Everything else you guys have figured out how to make smooth. But then drop the ball on goal line with a substandard ride from your location to the terminal.

Great service. We had to change vehicles mid trip and they made it seamless. Highly recommend.
