  Smooth, transparent process form beginning to end of rental! Very clean, new models, reliable cars and the rate promised is what you pay without outrageous deposits!

  Reserved online several weeks out, flew in, quickly completed the physical paperwork at the counter at the airport which was right beside the baggage claim. A shuttle took the family and I and our luggage to the nearby lot where we were given a selection of our type of vehicles to pick from, and a brief stop at the exit to make sure we were happy, the tank was full, the vehicle clean, we were on our way. 7 days later, the drop off was easy too: Pull into the return lane, a quick look over by staff and we were on the shuttle back to the airport. For me/us, this was about a perfect experience as it gets, all starting with making my reservation online. This was at the Palm Beach, Florida location. (Shout out to the friendly staff in all areas we interacted with.)

  From the moment we picked up the car until we returned it, the customer service was outstanding. The women at the front desk were professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. I also appreciated being able to choose the rental vehicle we wanted. Returning the car was just as seamless. Riedman was exceptional. I had a few concerns, and he addressed each one with professionalism and care, making the entire return process easy and stress-free. Riedman is a true example of what excellent customer service should look like and is a tremendous asset to Alamo. Our entire experience exceeded expectations, and I would gladly rent from Alamo again.
