  From getting the estimate to dropping the car off, scheduling a rental car, calling a couple of times each week on the repair status and ultimately repairs that made the car like new I highly recommend Gerber if your vehicle needs repairs after a collision. Excellent customer service and top notch repairs.

  I took my 2024 Mercedes - Ben AMG GLC43 for a minor dent to fix that should have been repaired in a week(5 day), but it took a little over two weeks. When the Carr was ready to be picked up, I was told it needed to be buffed and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I waited for 45 minutes and I left. I was very upset and disappointed with the customer care provided by my advisor. Weeks later, I noticed the side mirror was vibrating when it was idling. I took it to the dealer and they found a missing bolt that was not installed. Overall, not a bodyshop I will be going back or recommend.

As a woman, dealing with body shops can sometimes feel overwhelming and frustrating, but having two women lead my experience instantly put me at ease. That alone made this process feel safe, smooth, and handled with integrity. Now listen… I HOPE I never have to see them again 😂 But if life ever tries it again and I need repairs, I’m coming right back here without hesitation.   Eventhough insurance totaled my car as a loss and I wasn’t able to get my vehicle back, Gerber made the process so much better for me . They answered all my calls, showed me empathy and compassion, and always updated me . I knew they had the best interest in my car. Im sad I couldn’t keep her but im content in knowing Gerber wouldn’t have given me anything less than perfect back.

  I didn't know there was a Gerber Collusion Repair in West Melbourne. I have always gone to the one on Hibiscus. Yes I am a frequently flyer, though not my fault. Any way the service was first rate, from the minute I was helped at the front desk to meeting Sandy who was in charge of my job. Sandy kept me informed on Tuesday's and Thursdays and they did a first rate job! My car looks beautiful! And I was able to leave my rental car at Gerber when I picked up my car so it wasn't a problem for me. Exceptional experience!
