  I’ve been to Tire Kingdom in Wesley Chapel several times over the past few months for new tires, a new car sensor, and most recently, a nail in my tire. I was stressed because I had recently purchased new tires from them, and other shops told me the tire couldn’t be repaired. I made an appointment and spoke to Vinny, and he reassured me that it was an easy fix and that they could take care of it that day. They plugged my tire very quickly, even with their computer systems being down. They also went above and beyond by noticing I was due for an oil change and added a little oil so I would be okay until I could get it done. I’ve always had a great experience here. All of the staff are kind, honest, reasonably priced, and helpful. I appreciate that I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me or overcharge me for things I don’t need. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom in Wesley Chapel! Thank you!

  Today I had a nail in my brand new tire and was totally pleased with the service. I drove up there and they had it patched in Thirty minutes without any hassle and Exceptional service- Highly recommended!!

  If you own a classic or an older vehicle, do not trust this location. The technicians here are severely inexperienced, lack basic mechanical knowledge, and will mistreat your vehicle.I placed a tire deposit directly through Mavis Corporate to have tires installed on my 30-year-old car. During the process, the technician severely damaged my wheel studs by blasting the lug nuts off dry with a high-powered impact gun. When I called them out on it, the tech tried to play semantic games, arrogantly claiming it is "impossible to cross-thread a stud while taking a nut off."Any competent mechanic knows that on a 30-year-old car, using penetrating oil is a non-negotiable industry standard to prevent heavy rust, debris, and thread galling from seizing and tearing the metal apart on the way out. Because they skipped basic lubrication and forced the hardware, they destroyed my studs.Worse yet, when I refused to pay extra for them to fix the structural damage they caused, the store manager explicitly refused service, turned me away, and is now refusing to refund my corporate tire deposit. They literally failed to deliver the tires, canceled the service, and made me leave with damge done to my vehicle.This shop is negligent, unprofessional, and engaging in predatory consumer practices. If you care about your vehicle—especially if it's older and requires someone who actually knows how to handle tools—go somewhere else. I am currently filing disputes with corporate, my bank, and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). Corporate refunded me my deposit fee, I will never go back to this particular location again and sincerely hope that Noone else does in the future or become aware of how this staff operates aka insinuating the customer is stupid, literally bold face lying, and saying to "read a book" im an ironworker by trade i think i know a thing or two about bolting and unbolting bucko

  Do not recommend! They overcharged me and then when I called for the refund they informed me they do not do refunds! Ordered from the website where they show a different price, the store charges fees on top of that, plus the overcharge. I never learn, as it is not the first time I make an appointment and when I get there something is not yet there or ready or something else, today was no exception. At the time of the appointment the tire was not there yet, why they did not call before I don't understand. two trips from my time. Be careful with what they charge as they don't have a problem overcharging. they do not refund!

  100% would not recommend this tire shop. Date: 8/4/2026 The guy called me with a rude attitude and tried to rush me into coming to pick up my vehicle because they were about to close. This was after he specifically told me he would call me when the vehicle was ready. He then told me he didn’t want to wait the 10 minutes it would take me to get there and asked if I could just pick up the truck the next day. This was especially frustrating because when I dropped the truck off at 12 PM, they later called me and told me the tires were going to be delayed getting there. I was willing to work with them and wait, but I did not expect to be treated like an inconvenience when it was time to pick up my vehicle. I was planning to have additional work done on my truck the next day, but I’m canceling it. After this experience, I will never use this shop again. To make matters worse, when I finally arrived, they had issues with their computer system, and it took another 5–10 minutes just to check me out. The customer service was disappointing from start to finish. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
