- BKBryan KRJun 25, 20261.0Very run down gas station , zip ties in the bathroom, two whole stuff up , roof dripping multiple spots inside, some gas pumps, not working. Are there software phrases outside? And that's only the first visit. I'm complaining about ... Come on racetrack it's not looking good. And when i'm talking about the roof dripping water, it's not a little bit either .. And you can tell of the ceiling, they didn't replace that had been doing it every time it rain

- LVLu VonJun 9, 20261.0Very disappointed with our visit to this RaceTrac. My husband Luis and I came in with my service dog, Kong, and an employee named Stacy asked us to remove him from the area. When I explained that Kong is a service dog, she kept repeating, “It’s still an animal.” That comment was unacceptable and showed a lack of knowledge and respect toward customers who rely on service animals. A service dog is not “just an animal”; it is a working dog protected under ADA guidelines. RaceTrac should make sure employees are properly trained before they embarrass or disrespect customers in front of others. This experience made us feel unwelcome, and I hope management addresses it immediately.
