  This location is unprofessional. On the site for this location it confirmed a 12p pickup, but this place closes at 12pm on Sundays. If customer service is a priority the colleague at this location could have called the 6 confirmed reservations that were standing outside your location to get their car an hour prior to closing to let them know as a courtesy that the location closes at 12pm. I did the early check in and everything else to speed up the process. I got there at 12:20p only to be told that they were closed and there's nothing that can be done. There was no trying to help resolve the issue just brushed off. I called customer service for a fix and was told that the Regional manager and or District Manager was going to call me within 30 minutes and no one called. I spoke to customer service 3 times and on the 4th call I got a resolution. What bothers me is that 6 families were left to figure it out because their reservation was confirmed for 12pm and you close at 12pm. I get the point of closing on time, but next time do better to pull up your reservations give the customer a courtesy call and then you say you did everything you could. Train your team to be empathetic and problem solving instead of pushing a customer away with a "we're closed attitude". That's why people choose Avis and other composites.

  Horrible customer service. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone (Including misinformation). This whole branch could use a course on adequacy. Their frustration about a previous customers should never be taken out on a present customer. I’m looking into taking my business elsewhere.

He made sure the transaction was handled smoothly and that my needs were met. I appreciated his great attitude and willingness to listen to my needs. Ask for JP if you at this location!

  Great customer service. Everyone is very nice at this location. They have multiple cars to choose from.

  Very bad customer service when u call is something and when u get to the place is something else I would never come back to this place again
