  The manager would not honor the premium upgrade that enterprise gave me. Went to other location in WC and got the upgrade with no problem. 0/10 do not recommend.

  I booked a reservation , drove 30 min to get there and they said they had no cars for me. Said I needed to go to Tampa to possibly get one. Would not drive me back home and when I Ubered to the Tampa location I was unable to get a car because they would not accept my debit card after I already rented a car this week and booked one. Manager at the first location told her team that she’s going to make sure they aren’t at fault. When indeed YOU ARE AT FAULT FOR ALLOWING A RESERVATION TO BE BOOKED THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE. I paid over $150 in Ubers to 3 different locations. Terrible customer service and you need to fix your system period. And your link that you provided below leads to a website page that is not found !

  The people were nice but I was told when I called that they had a truck they could put me in and when I arrived they had no trucks and placed in a tiny little car that I had no choice but to take. Was hoping to get my truck back soon but now its delayed another month and every enterprise location is out of trucks. So if you need a truck I recommend not using enterprise because they dont have them even when they say they do.

  The manager I met with this morning did not provide a good experience. Gouging on price I explained I am tied to a company account. She mentioned to use the app and maybe get a better price. The app provided better prices - I received a confirmation and she refused to honor for did not have a car in that class - only a mini van. Usually the policy they will move you up. She was rude and said she will not honor - I travel extensively and rent from National / Enterprise a lot. I am so done with poor customer service. If anyone reads my other posts - I normally recognizing great customer service.

  Absolutely unacceptable. I made a reservation with Enterprise, received a confirmation call, and arrived at the scheduled pickup time expecting the vehicle I had reserved. Instead, I was told there was no vehicle available and that my reservation would be canceled because they had nothing comparable. This completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation. If Enterprise cannot provide the vehicle they confirmed, they should not be taking reservations in the first place. I rearranged my schedule, traveled to the location, and relied on their confirmation, only to be left without transportation and forced to deal with the consequences of their failure. What made the experience even worse was the lack of any real solution. Manager Jose simply informed me that the reservation would be canceled. No vehicle, no meaningful alternative, and no apparent concern for the inconvenience caused. This location wasted my time, disrupted my plans, and demonstrated a complete lack of reliability and professionalism. A reservation here appears to be nothing more than a suggestion. If your travel plans are important, do yourself a favor and rent from another company. One of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had in years.
