  Omar Al-Ali was excellent. We normally rent at the other one in WC but this one is closer to our home (we just found this one). We had an issue at pick up due to mini van recall and had to get another type of vehicle, but Omar was helpful and the transition to change the car type was done with ease. Would rent from him again.

  Omar provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the rental process. He made everything easy, answered all my questions, and handled things calmly and efficiently. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers having a good experience. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with Enterprise thanks to Omar. Highly recommend renting from the Enterprise location on Mansfield Blvd! ;)

  Reserved a van about two weeks before I needed it. Went in the week before to double check that they will definitely have the van when I go to pick it up and was advised that if it was able to be reserved that it will be there when I pick it up. I had planned a road trip with my two toddlers and needed the van for all the luggage and room. The day before the reservation I received a confirmation call. The morning of- I was set for pick up at 12PM & was supposed to leave at 1PM to begin the road trip - that they do not have a van for me (one was recalled and one was returned damaged) and not even anything similar in size. The woman that worked at enterprise supposedly was calling other local branches but the 2 cars that she said she was able to get would not suffice and not be big enough for us - no where near the size of the van. We even asked if they could upgrade for full size SUV and they were unable to help us. So two hours before my planned trip where I had hotels booked I was scrambling trying to figure out a new plan. Would think that if you had reservations for vans they should atleast have a back up - of course things happen but think ahead. My sister reserved a van as well and the same thing happened to her. So they had two vans reserved weeks in advance and didn’t plan for issues. Would not use enterprise again, especially this location and would not recommend.

  Omar was amazing! He called me in advance to remind me of my pickup time, was extremely punctual and thorough, and made my experience a breeze. Because of the outstanding service I received from him, I’ll definitely be using this Enterprise location more often for business travel. You need to hire more people like Omar!
