  I had a premium upgrade that the other enterprise wouldn’t honor. Came here and was able to get it with no problem. No line and not as crazy as the one on 56. I would recommend coming here first.

  The BEST Enterprise ever! Jose provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was kind, personable, and genuinely made the rental process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer my questions, ensured I had everything I needed, and made me feel valued as a customer. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready when promised.   This is a great Enterprise location Omar and Jose do fantastic job running the place. The cars are always clean, and the service is professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!

  Of all the locations this one is now my go to location. I give the credit to thier employee Jose. He is a one man show that I saw hard work from and great customer service showing dedication and effort. I dont see that service anymore now a days and he got me in the right car, everytime I call he answers my questions before I even ask them and this place gets 5 stars from me Thanks to Jose, he didn't disappoint and went above and beyond for me

  I was supposed to pick up a full size SUV on Thursday, May 21st. Jose ....... was the only employee there and he was good in the beginning. In the beginning of the conversation he expressed that management made him work all by himself because he was young so he's being taken advantaged of. The vehicle I reserved was not available and he offered me a Van. I told him that I needed a full size SUV and that was the reason I made the reservation and why was I given the reservation when the vehicle was not available, he proceeded to say that that is what the Headquarter do to him/them all the time. They reserve the vehicles and leave it for the branch to manage. I told him that I was disappointed so he put my Driver's License on the counter in front of me and with an angry face and tone said that this is all he could do and that he has a lot to do and for me to make a decision. I paused for a second to think and then slid the Driver's License back to him on the counter with the intention to accept the Van as I had to travel within the hour. He slid it back to me several times, which I didn't get the point at first, until he told me that he would not serve me and that I could call Head Quarter and tell them that he was being racist if I wanted and that he didn't care. I asked him why he was acting like that, he said that he was not "my dog" for me to toss the Driver's License like that to him. I told him all I did is slide the DL in frustration at the situation and that I apologize if he took it personal as I had no intention to disrespect him and that this was not my manners. He said whatever it was he wasn't going to serve me. The treatment I received and the disrespect in front of another customer had never happened to me before in my entire life. Jose ........ has really shocked me with his manners and customer service skills. I am someone who has travelled all over the US and outside the country but never encountered such treatment or manners.
