  I recently brought my car in for an exterior wash and interior vacuum. The team did a good job in about 15–20 minutes. It wasn’t perfect, but I’m very picky when it comes to my car, and I was pleased with the results. I’ll definitely be back. My only complaint is the lady at the car drop off. As a first time customer, I was completely lost, and she offered almost no guidance unless I specifically asked questions. She didn’t explain the process, the different wash packages, or even that they had a customer waiting area. I ended up standing inside the gas station for about 20 minutes (thankfully there was AC) because I didn’t know there was a designated waiting area. I didn’t know who was going to give me back my car or how. She didn’t explain anything. She also never mentioned that for just $5 more I could have upgraded to a package with several additional services, and I had to ask for my loyalty sticker after noticing the rewards program on the app. I didn’t learn about any of this until after I had already paid and downloaded the app. She never told me they even had an app, I discovered it myself. The wash itself was great, but the customer service at check in could definitely be improved. A little communication with first time customers would make a huge difference and a better first impression, and this would easily be a 5 star experience.

  Jorgino is absolutely amazing! Did a wonderful job with my jeep! From being to end, he was perfection. Took very good care of me. I will be back!!!!!

  These carwashes franchises are top notch , got my initial detail from the Okeechobee location & they missed a few spots , which it's not a big deal ! We only humans right ? So I remember the owner (Eddie) shaking my hand & telling me about his other location in lake worth & 441, which ironically is right in the corner of our 🏡, I was in that one since my husband works in that area , but anyways a day later I come to tell them about the spots that were missing & Lorena was sooo friendly & so easy to talk to , she went to talk to the manager in charge jorginio & he was sooooo kind that he smiled & took my car , very , very nice people , I'm sure Eddie does a good job at keeping his employees happy , keep it up ! 👏🏻

  I loved the place nice and convenient I work in Wellington and it’s so close to my job. The staff was wonderful. They did an awesome job of my car now I go to all locations. You have the best general manager David Miller awesome nice respectable and knows what he’s doing and always keeps our cars clean thank you staff keep doing an amazing job. I would recommend everyone to go to. unlimited car wash all Location five stars all the way
