  Had purchased the wheel deal package for $35 in all I got was the exterior washed. They did not vacuum or wipe down anything inside the vehicle. This is not the first time that I’ve been there but this will be the last time I gave it a benefit of doubt the last several times, but obviously ultimate car wash does not care about their customers. They take your money and does not give you the service. I do not recommend this place at all whatsoever. Had pictures, but could not download them because the format. Otherwise I would’ve sent them.

  Absolutely blown away by the service at Unlimited Auto Wash! Fernando, the manager, took great care of me from start to finish. I had a full detail done, and the results were absolutely amazing. My car looks spotless, it honestly feels like I’m driving a brand-new car again! They even restored my headlights, and the difference is incredible. The attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work really stood out. I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you want your car looking its absolute best, I highly recommend Unlimited Auto Wash. Ask for Fernando—you won’t be disappointed!

  I should have paid more attention to the other negative reviews. This was my first time at the Wellington location, and it was a really poor experience overall. I pulled up in my Tesla to redeem a Groupon, but the service fell way short. Their interior cleaning turned out to be nothing more than someone wiping things down with a damp rag with water—no actual interior detail or product used. Worse, the employee handling my car didn't know how to operate a Tesla. He got stuck halfway through the tunnel trying to figure out how to pull it off the track, had to come locate me mid-wash, and couldn't even figure out how to open the door. Not the best customer service or value. I'll be trying a different location next time to see if it's any better!

  I had such a great experience at this car wash! Fernando, the manager, was amazing from start to finish. He was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. You can genuinely tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in making sure they leave happy with the service. His positive attitude and customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend coming here, especially with someone like Fernando managing the place. 10/10 experience!
