  I had to bring my vehicle into Tire Kingdom to get a tire patched under my warranty and also needed a brake flush done. The experience was great from start to finish. Mia at the front desk provided excellent customer service — she was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Will and Eddie worked on my vehicle and did a great job as well. They were professional, efficient, and took good care of everything. I really appreciate the team and their hard work. Great service all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The new young lady in the front was very pleasant to deal with, gave me a great price on tires. I would recommend stopping by to check out the new management here! Great personality up front now.

  Got a last minute appointment online, and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Kyler was very professional and friendly, even while juggling several other customers. The place was very busy, but every employee seemed to be getting things done. Jim fixed my flat and did a great job. He was very accommodating and upbeat. I would definitely recommend this place for your service needs.

  Sam is super friendly, helpful and gives it to you straight! She took the time to explain what was going on with my car and I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed! She answered all my questions and was patient and professional. And Kyler (with the beard) is also very knowledgeable and professional! Really appreciated his input! 😊🙏

  Pretty disappointing experience. I dropped off two tires and was clearly told they’d be ready in 45 minutes. I even mentioned that I live 30 minutes away and was completely fine picking them up the next day if needed—but I was assured they’d be done the same day. So I waited around nearby and came back after an hour, only to be told they wouldn’t be ready until the next morning. No phone call, no heads-up—just a complete waste of my time. The excuse I was given didn’t make much sense either. I was told that other customers came in after me and created a line, which somehow pushed my job back. If that’s the case, why were people who showed up after me handled first? If you can’t meet your own timelines, just say so upfront. Don’t tell customers one thing and then completely change it after they’ve already planned around you. Poor communication and even worse time management.
