  WOW! Customer service is outstanding. I called a couple places for some work done for my car and there was zero customer service. The moment I called Tire kingdom the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was a walk in and taken care of immediately.

  I rented a Thrifty car from the Orlando Airport, unknowingly with a defective tire, and drove it from MCO to my parents’ home in Vero Beach. Thankfully, my father noticed that the front passenger tire had developed bubbles and warned me it could be dangerous. Not exactly the news you want to hear right before making a two-hour drive back to Orlando! At a moment’s notice, I rolled into Tire Kingdom and somewhat frantically asked for help. Glen, a manager, immediately stepped in, assessed the tire, and confirmed that it would be perilous to drive on— especially for two hours. Without hesitation, he offered to have the tire changed out for the spare donut, free of charge. Eddie, the technician, got right to it and changed the tire with incredible dexterity, skill, and ease. Within minutes, I was safely back on my way. The entire situation was handled with such calmness, assurance, expertise, and generosity that it turned what could have been a stressful— and potentially dangerous— situation into an incredibly positive experience. Their kindness deserved some kindness in return, so I bought the them lunch. It was the least I could do after they accommodated such a last-minute request and got me safely back on the road. I drove 50 mph all the way back to Orlando, but I made it safely and with the confidence that I’d been guided well. I’m incredibly grateful to Glen, Eddie, and the entire Vero Beach Tire Kingdom team for their time, expertise, skill, and genuine kindness. This is what exceptional customer service looks like.   I bought 4 new Bridgestone tires in July after getting road rash on two sidewalls and two wheels. I asked them to make sure the wheels were OK. They installed the 4 tires and said the wheels were fine. However one tire felt unbalanced. So I called them the day after purchasing the tires and told them I was ordering 4 new wheels and I would want them installed. I got the wheels, got them installed and one new tire felt unbalanced. I brought the car back in and they said there was nothing wrong with the tire. I told them I wanted it replaced. They said it's over 30 days. Even though I notified them in one day and they said it would be ok. This was a different manager than the one I bought the tires through. Long story short, they wouldn't replace the defective tire. They said it probably needed road pressure balancing. But they only offer that in Palm Bay. They only do static balancing that wouldn't balancing an unstable tire. I'll never go back. They are now owned by a Private Equity firm that won't work with me at all. They said "take it up with Bridgestone." Stay away from them. Follow up:I got the corporate response below. I called them. They said the Regional Manager would call me. He never called. I would like to explain the situation in detail to him. I notified the store within 2 days that 1 of the 4 tires was not acceptable.

  Im so glad I decided to stop at Tire kingdom on 20th st. in Vero Beach. The people there are very nice and they explained everything in a way I can understand. When you don’t know anything it’s a relief when you find a place you feel you can trust. I’m Very pleased and thankful I chose them.

  Unbelievably rude staff, they have tried three times to balance my tires, and are unable to balance them. OK, no problem. I said to them can they tell me if I have a bent wheel a bad tire or a problem, they said no. I said, but my tire still aren’t balanced, she said you’ll have to pay $70 again. I said if I do, will you guarantee them to be balanced she said no, you could have A bent wheel, I said would you be able to tell me that she said yes I said then why haven’t you told me for the last three times? just terrible customer service I’ll be taking my business to Goodyear
