I had to make a second google account just to leave another review. this is the second vehicle we have purchased from Route60 and I am in love with our Ioniq 5!
Lillian worked her magic and helped us out, and I'm sure I was an absolute headache but we are so absolutely grateful
Vicki was our sales woman and she is just the best. she drove to Sarasota to get us the color we wanted and has been such a support from the start
We were so glad to get assisted by Whittaker in finance. He helped us add the right warranty for our driving style and we are so grateful for his kindness and calmness during the stressful parts, making it seamless and rewarding
We will always be in the Route60 family and we are so so grateful
thank you to everyone who helped us 🤍🐰

Yesterday, I arrived at the Hyundai Ruta 60 dealership hoping to find the SUV I was looking for. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and an excellent welcome by sales agent Daniel Peralta. Thanks to his extensive automotive knowledge and efficiency, he helped me find exactly what I wanted and guided me through the financing process and the selection of vehicle specifications. He went the extra mile—taking the time to explain things and answer my questions in a way other places hadn't. Without a doubt, if you want excellent service and attention, I highly recommend him; he is an outstanding agent as well as a truly excellent and honest person.

I want to recognize Josh Shaw for the outstanding customer service he provided. He was professional, patient, respectful, and genuinely wanted to help me. This review is not a reflection of Josh—it is a reflection of the management process.
During my first visit, I completed the dealership questionnaire and test drove a Santa Fe. While it was a nice vehicle, it wasn’t the one I wanted. After test driving the Kia Telluride, I wanted to make a true apples-to-apples comparison between the Kia and the Hyundai before making my decision. I loved the way the Kia drove, but I preferred the interior of the Hyundai. I was also very upfront that whether I ultimately purchased or leased would depend on the overall payment details. Before discussing numbers, I simply wanted to drive the Palisade Calligraphy so I could make an informed decision.
I scheduled an appointment and returned specifically to drive the Palisade Calligraphy. I arrived on July 30th at 5:40 p.m., checked in with Josh, and sat down with him. He immediately pulled out the same paper questionnaire I had already completed during my previous visit. When I asked why I needed to complete it again, I was told it was because I was test driving a different vehicle.
Over the next 40 minutes, I repeatedly explained that I had come for one reason—to drive the Palisade Calligraphy before discussing pricing or payment options. Instead of being allowed to drive it, I was repeatedly asked why I wanted the Calligraphy instead of a lower trim. At one point, Josh even returned with the keys to a lower model. I politely explained that I specifically wanted to compare the Calligraphy to the Kia Telluride because those were the two vehicles I was deciding between, I even let him know that I was beginning to get frustrated because my request was being dismissed.
Josh eventually obtained the keys to the Calligraphy, but management instructed him that I still could not drive the vehicle until I completed additional questions on the questionnaire. After spending 40 minutes sitting at a table simply asking to test drive the vehicle I came to see, I stood up, shook Josh’s hand, and said, “Josh, I’m done. Thank you. I truly appreciate your help, but your manager just cost you a sale.”
I left the dealership, drove directly to Kia, and leased a 2027 Kia Telluride Hybrid SX that same evening.
What makes this especially disappointing is that this is the exact same reason I chose not to purchase a Hyundai from Route 60 Hyundai ten years ago. Back then, I also left because I wasn’t given the opportunity to drive the vehicle I came to see before being pushed further into the sales process. I genuinely hoped things had changed, but unfortunately, I had the same experience all over again.
I sincerely hope management reads this because I was a serious buyer. I wasn’t asking for special treatment or refusing to provide information—I had already done that during my first visit. I simply wanted the opportunity to drive the vehicle I came to compare before discussing pricing and payment options.
Josh did everything he could within the limits he was given, and he deserves recognition for his professionalism. Unfortunately, management—not Josh—is what lost my business…twice.

Avoid the service department at this dealership at all costs.
They stated both on the phone and in person during checkout that it would be about an hour. I double check both times. In the lobby they have a monitor showing the cameras, my car was finally lifted for a tire rotation at the 72 minute mark!!!! I sat there and watched it as multiple people who came in after me, left. When I went to approach the counter to ask for an ETA, no one was there. They were huddled in the meeting room, some even locked eyes with me, well over 10 of them in the room, sperated by clear glass. I waited, no one came to help. I went to the bathroom and checked the cameras again and then went back to the desk to check the ETA. The blonde guy was nice at the desk but wasn't my assigned person. Alyssa, who was my assigned person, walked up then and wouldn't even look at me when I talked to her, during check in and again when I was asking. It was very RUDE. she rushed the tech, my inspection report wasn't even done. She brought the car out to tell me my KEYED lug nut was missing, which wasn't the case at the previous Hyundai dealership in April. I asked for a manager, again she wouldn't look at me. He was the rudest person, even when he first approached he had an attitude. I left at 1hr 42 minutes with a missing lug and hopefully a real inspection report, which is scary for a mom transporting her kids.
I can honestly say I have never ever been to such a rude and uncommunicative dealership ever. All they had to do was to tell me they were running over and give an ETA, instead they rushed the work and were rude the entire time while doing it. If you want to be treated like a human with any respect, don't go here.
