  Came in with no appointment had a screw in my tire. They got me right in and fixed it quick. Team was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

  First time using Mavis, and it’ll definitely be my go-to from now on. Great, professional, and kind service. Dace was very knowledgeable as well. I came in needing a tire, rotation, alignment and they were also able to find and take care of a few nails for me. I’ll certainly be coming back. Thank you guys!

  I could not have asked for better service from Mavis tires and brakes, especially dace and Alexis For their helping me with my tires. I walked in at the end of the day and they were kind enough to take me on and help me with my tires. I cannot tell you how grateful I am thank you so much five star all the way from the minute I walked in the door.

  We caught a nail on the way to a job to save some bees, and Dace and Mia at Mavis tires and brakes saved us! We pulled in with the tire running down to half the recommended air pressure, they got us right in for immediate service! Very reasonable pricing and emergency service at no extra charge I couldn't ask for more! Thank you guys for helping us get back to saving bees!

  I had a disappointing experience with Mavis Tires regarding their pricing and sales practices. Before bringing my vehicle in, I called and was given a clear “out-the-door” price for the tires and installation. However, when I arrived and dropped off the car, I was told that if I declined an alignment, my tire treadwear warranty would be voided. This statement is misleading and not accurate. Tire manufacturers do not require an alignment to maintain the treadwear warranty; while alignments are recommended for even wear, they are not a condition of warranty coverage. This felt like a pressure tactic to upsell an additional service after I had already committed based on the quoted price. The lack of transparency and the change in messaging at the store undermined my trust. I would recommend that customers verify warranty requirements directly with the tire manufacturer and get all terms in writing before agreeing to service. Based on this experience, I would be cautious about relying on quotes from Mavis Tire.
