  Referred from a friend glad we decided to get a estimate which was our second. Last time we used a different company with insurance they had my car for 5 weeks. I know when you pay cash its faster but WOW these guys have only had it for 1 1/2 weeks and was under there estimate. Awesome communication sent me texts with updates i didn't call once to check figuring they would have it for a few weeks. They sent me a text 1 wk stating it would be ready in the next day or 2 I had to call and confirm they where talking to me! Defiantly my go to collision center hoping i dont need them again but they are amazing and made a crappy situation a little better! Thank you guys

  I had to get some minor repairs to my truck and went to Gerber and I have been pleasantly surprised. Richard met me when I took the truck in for an estimate, 10 minutes later I had a written quote that was pretty close to my own estimate. I left the truck this week and got the truck back the same day, no changes to the estimate, the workmanship was excellent. I was thrilled. Overall Gerber has a very professional business environment and I was very pleased with the communications (both phone and text) I would like to mention that Richard was very knowledgeable and excellent communicator, it was was easy doing business with him. Katie is the front desk person and she is such a kind hearted person that really knows how to work with customers. My last thoughts are that I was treated with respect and honesty, for me that is very important. Thank you Gerber for doing a great job with a great customer experience

  Gerber helped us to make the best of a bad situation. Ashley and Katie especially were very helpful and patient with our questions. Would absolutely look here if we need collision repair in the future.
