So far, this has been the best rental experience we have ever had. After the nightmare of our Audi being hit by a young female driver on her cell phone, while we were parked at a red light, followed by the brand new officer basically drooling over her, not ticketing or citing her, on top of also helping her commit insurance fraud. Yes, I said that, he checked out my families auto insurance info with a fine tooth comb, and put fake information on the police report where her insurance info should be.
Not to mention, two days in hospitals, and after that many more scheduled in various doctors offices. Then the hassle of dealing with our insurance company, because she was "at fault" but apparently didn't have insurance, I was dreading another nightmarish stack of paperwork. Fortunately the guys at the Vero beach Enterprise made this process seem effortless, we walked in, and 20 minutes later were driving away in a VW Jetta that has almost all the same features, button placement, and quirks as my Audi.
They were friendly, fast, and efficient, and it was a breath of fresh air, given the nightmare we just went through.
My friend Yumiko and I rented a car from Enterprise of Vero Beach and were very pleased with the service especially Jean who was very kind and thorough. We would recommend this place to everyone.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The small point deduction in my review is due to the fact that we were initially given a defective vehicle, specifically a mid-size SUV.
While I was inside the office waiting for the rental car assignment, my friends were outside and noticed an upset woman returning the exact same vehicle we were later given. She then left shortly afterward in a different replacement car. Soon after, we received that same vehicle she had returned. Since there were no obvious visible issues at first, we accepted it.
Fortunately, we stayed close to the rental office at first, because less than 24 hours later I had to return the car due to what appeared to be engine failure. The vehicle started shaking, and suddenly all the warning lights came on. Luckily, this happened before we began our long journey.
The staff accepted the return without any issues, and after a short wait, we were given a comparable replacement vehicle, a Toyota, which worked perfectly. It served us very well throughout the rest of our trip, including many long-distance drives, and we were very happy with it until the end.

I highly recommend. The representative made sure that everything would go well and he did so even though he was overloaded with customers. He was kind, courteous, patient and very professional. I truly was impressed and thankful.
