  Have been renting from Enterprise for years, but have NEVER had a bad experience and the store on US 1 in Vero Beach! They always ask what is needed, and make sure that the rental fits those needs.

  I’ve been renting from this Enterprise location for about four years, and they have consistently provided excellent service. My most recent rental didn’t go perfectly—the original vehicle developed a mechanical issue, and the replacement wasn’t ideal either. However, what impressed me most was how the team handled the situation. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making things right. They quickly arranged a replacement and even reimbursed me $400 for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is exactly why I continue to rent from them. No company can prevent every issue, but great customer service is how problems are resolved, and this team exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Enterprise location and will definitely continue renting from them.

  Excellent communication and great service by John and Emily. Enterprise picked me up from the mechanic and returned me there when my car was repaired. They offered flexibility when my vehicle took longer than expected for to be fixed. Driver was great (Sorry, didn’t know your name to post)!

  The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. I checked in online before arriving, which made my check-in so much faster. I'm giving 4-stars because the vehicle wasn't very clean. Cleanliness of the vehicle is most important. Overall the experience was very good. I will definitely use this Enterprise location again.

  I rented a vehicle that was not available upon my arrival. The staff was very courteous and apologized for the inconvenience and I was offered an alternative at a lower price. I have rented cars from Enterprise in the past and it has always been a positive experience.
