  The reason for my review is to commend Vero Beach Branch Manager, Noah Keeper. I had to rent a vehicle for 10 days from Enterprise because my car was involved in a hit & run and was in the body shop getting repaired. The body shop, Fine Line II, recommended i go to the Enterprise rental center down the road and ask for Noah. I was still upset about my car being hit and the other driver taking off . As a result, i was not in the spirit of having to deal with renting a car. I have to tell you my mood totally changed when Noah greeted me as i walked in. He was happy, courteous & respectful. He welcomed me and when over the available cars , their rates, and even told me I was eligible for a discount since i had Allstate Insurance. Noah was a total professional and he made the entire process simple & easy. I reserved a car for the following week, When i went to pick up the rental car, I received the same courteous professional service. Again, I want to expressed my thanks for the service i received at your Vero Beach Enterprise location. In addition to let you know your branch manager, Noah Keiper, is definitely an asset to you and the Enterprise Rental Company. I will be sure to direct any of my friends to the Vero Beach Enterprise branch if they are in need of a rental car and want excellent service

  After frustrating experiences trying to rent a car elsewhere, renting here went extremely smooth. Noah was extremely polite, professional and quick. He made it one of the absolute best experiences I've had renting a vehicle. Would absolutely recommend this location.

  If I could give this location zero i ABSOLUTELY would. My fiancé went in to pick up a 3 row vehicle and came back with none. They claimed the vehicle we reserved over a MONTH ago was in the shop due to a flat tire. They also mention try tried to call us but we never got any calls , missed calls nor a voicemail from anyone the last few days . The rep that assisted my fiancé today was Noah. We kept getting the run around all day about the car and he gave a complete nonchalant attitude about the situation. He told my fiancé he would give him a call once the car was out the shop that it wouldn’t take too long at all. NEVER did. My fiancé tried calling THEM and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Had someone actually called or communicated that they didn’t have an available car we would have made proper arrangements to shop elsewhere EARLIER in the day. We needed the vehicle to attend a family reunion 2 hours away from where we resident. We had to rush to their location in Melbourne to see if we could get a vehicle which was 45 mins out of the way. A complete inconvenience.
