  I reported this business to FDACS to get my money back. They verbally quoted me a price, then jacked it by 20% after completing the work. They did not provide a written estimate before the work began, which I found out is illegal in Florida for auto work totaling $150 or more. (Florida Statute 559.905) This is especially disappointing because brake replacement is already the most generously marked up service in auto maintenance. I do not currently have my tools with me and I was in a major squeeze schedule wise, so I couldn’t do this myself and specifically chose a chain with good reviews to avoid anything that might waste my time. But no, I still ended up with a blatant rip-off. They called to “apologize” when they had to give me my money back. But I wasn’t worth an apology when I asked about the price discrepancy before the report. Do better. Honesty matters.

  Tire Kingdom takes great care of you whether it’s an oil change or something more involved. Always on time and at the estimated price. Just can’t be beat

  Mark and his team provided remarkable service, the finances of a college student are never great, but Mark understood this and managed to help me out. Him and his team did their work efficiently and got me quotes on any other problems that my car currently has! Couldn’t appreciate their service anymore than i already do!

  Mark was great! Oil change at Tire Kingdom and made the whole process quick and easy. He was super friendly, professional, and helpful. Great service all around — definitely recommend asking for Mark!

  Thank you Mark! Great Service at Tire Kingdom Great experience at Tire Kingdom. I had an issue with my tire, and the team was able to get it checked out and repaired quickly. Mark and service was friendly, professional, and efficient. I really appreciated the quick service and getting me safely back on the road without a long wait. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend Tire Kingdom!
