  This is long but it merits this level of detailed review. Hands down the absolute best customer service experience I’ve ever had within any industry. Manager Sophie and her staff at Tire Choice Auto Service Center, 1908 S Tamiami Trail, provided exceptional customer service and support during my recent scheduled appointment for tire rotation and balance - truly 5 stars. But, more importantly and the specific reason I wanted to share this lengthy review, is I had the privilege while waiting on my service to be completed to observe Sophie delivering a master class on professional excellence and setting the standard for servant leadership while interacting with the public, and an upset customer regarding his recent purchase of a set of 4 tires that were “too noisy” and wanted them replaced with another brand of “better riding tire.” Sophie in her management role demonstrated every single character trait of exceptional leaders. She was kind, thoughtful, non-judgmental and listened with intention as the customer expressed his frustrations over his purchase, while remaining steadfast and unambiguous in her support for the customer’s wishes. She masterfully delivered a Win-Win for the Monro brand that deserves much corporate praise and recognition. I sat quietly and watched this interaction and was reminded of what “right looks like” in not only this scenario but in life. Not only did Sophie handle this situation with much dignity and respect, but she also ensured the customer left completely satisfied with her recommended solutions for a replacement set of tires. But, what she didn’t know was that by her words and actions she made me a customer for life, as this is exactly the type of customer-friendly business that I seek to patronize and support whenever possible. Lastly, I wanted to recognize technician Mellissa for her exceptional customer service and incredibly courteous and respectful support - again, truly a 5-star experience. Highly recommend this Tire Choice location for your car care needs. They are second to none.

  If I could give this shop 6 stars, I would! Colton, is an absolute champion! This was not the first time this shop promptly helped this out of town family in need. I was trying to resign myself to the fact that a new differential cover (the old one which I identified was totally compromised), would take almost 2 weeks to arrive, from numerous different suppliers. Day one I dropped the vehicle off when they opened. Day two, when they realized that sourcing this part was an unacceptable challenge, they headed off to a local pick and pull and Colton let me know, they had found one early that morning. Before the end of the day, this used cover was cleaned up into like new condition and our family had wheels again! I want to thank all the staff at this shop, in keeping us well informed and their diligent effort!

  Went on for a TPmS sensor as the low tire light was on. They got me right in ... $150 later and the light was still on. I drove the vehicle for a day and even went to highway to get the speed up to reset. Nothing worked. Went to Sam's club to have them look at another sensor that may be bad. They were going to charge less than $50 for the same service. But they didn't need too. They reset the computer and the light went off. Why tire choice couldn't do that the first time is. Beyond me. Sam's didn't charge me anything.
