  Horrible experience, last time I went they didn’t tighten oil drain pan plug and oil stained my drive - way pavers. Brought it to their attention and they did nothing. This time they changed my battery and every warning was left on. They had no idea how to fix it! I had to bring it to a mechanic. They offered a credit, like I might want to go back! Lastly, the mechanic gets in my car drenched in sweat and my shirt got soaking wet! I will dispute all the charges. I asked for a $300 credit back to my card- we can’t do that. I will disputing all charges . I have one star because it is the only way you can post.

  My tire pressure light came on. I made an appt for 3:30 to see what was going on. An hour later I get called to the front desk for which they took it upon themselves to check out my car and provided a printout showing my battery was nearing the time to be replaced and that my back brake pads needed replacing, showed the tires which were new, showed an air filter all printed out and in color all before changing the tire with the nail. I had my car serviced at A1 Auto at which time the front brake pads were replaced and the plan was the back ones would be done at the next service. I did NOT ask for Tires Choice to do diagnostics on my vehicle. I just wanted the low pressure light sorted out. So they did finally get to it - nail in sidewall - new tire needed. An hour and a half later. . . . . I was able to leave. I did not let them do the brake pads nor the battery. It would have saved us both time if they would have asked when I last had my vehicle serviced and if I wanted them to check it. I guess a $219 tire was not enough business for them. I felt like they were hoping to take advantage financially an older woman. Unfortunately I will not be going back nor recommending them.

  Oil change, had leak. Got me in right away and took care of it
