- GGGrandpaSep 13, 20261.0My experience yesterday was very unprofessional. Walked inside to use the bathroom in between 3:30 to 3:45 in the afternoon. As I walked inside and walked into the bathroom an employee told me to get the F out several times. I walked out, told the employee behind the counter of how rude the employee was but they stuck up for the employee who treated me badly. After words were exchanged, I left, got gas and then went back inside to take pictures of the employees, saying that I was going to file a complaint. More words were exchanged as the employee said that they were going to call the police saying that I wasn’t supposed to be taking any pictures, that I deleted them right in front of her as I wasn’t sure if she was right or wrong. The other employee who was in the bathroom came out and wanted to talk outside. She started to apologize for the other employee saying that they will talk to them for the way they were talking to me. I was driving for over an hour and a half and still had another hour before I got home, so I just told the worker, whose I’d said Co-manager, that it was ok as I just wanted to leave. So my thought was that I understood that the co-manager was cleaning up a very bad mess in the bathroom but when I walked inside she should have told me, nicely, that the bathroom was not cleaned and that she was in the process of cleaning up the mess. She never apologized as she was the one who started the mess to begin with. I’m a very good customer who’ll still go to Race Trac’s as I have a store card with points. If you’re having a bad day at work, don’t be rude to customers!!
