  I had an incredible experience at Mavis Tires, all thanks to the amazing team working there. Charlie, Jeffrey, and Anthony went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable.They took the time to explain exactly what my car needed without any high-pressure sales tactics. It is rare to find a shop where you feel this comfortable and looked after. Thanks to Charlie, Jeffrey, and Anthony, the entire process was seamless, fast, and transparent. I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle back here for all future services. Highly recommend this location and this fantastic crew!

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at this tire shop. I dropped off my car on Thursday for a tire replacement and was told it would be ready by Saturday. On Saturday, I called and was told that my car was ready, but there was an issue with their system and they couldn’t process my payment. I was told they would call me if anything changed, and otherwise I could pick up my car on Sunday. Nobody called me. When I called on Sunday, I was then told that the tire they received was defective and they had to wait for another one. I was told the car would be ready on Monday. I completely understand that a defective tire can happen and that this was not necessarily their fault. What I don’t understand is why I was told on Saturday that my car was ready when it wasn’t. I would have been much more understanding if they had simply told me the truth from the beginning. On Monday, I called again and was told they would call me when the car was ready. In the end, I just showed up, and my car was already sitting there, ready to be picked up — and once again, nobody called me. The delay itself was not the main issue for me. The problem was the poor communication and repeatedly being told that someone would call me, only for nobody to follow up. I would have appreciated honesty and clear communication throughout the process.

  I stopped to have a tire leak repaired and my car was immediately pulled into the shop. What was supposed to be a repair turned into a different scenario. Anthony and his team worked to discover a different issue with the wheel. They spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing and making the repair from the original tire mounting, all complimentary. These days, you rarely get that kind of attention and result. Everyone was pleasant, professional and helpful. Thank you so much. I will be back!

  I had my grandma Barbara take my vehicle to get work done and she told me so many times that these two nice young men Anthony and Isaiah were very helpful and she is going to start taking all her cars to them and recommend to others!

  Mavis advertised on their out door huge sign there was 40% off alignments. When I called I got a 23 year old kid that couldn't answer any questions of mine. He was very unprofessional. He refused to honour the discount on the sign outside and was rude. He said he was the manager? Because of his unprofessional attitude and his faulty knowledge I will not use this place. Wondering what would happen with my car there. He argued with me and then hung up on me. The kids name was Andy.
