  Bought a new Ioniq 5, great car and far more advanced than a Tesla! John was terrific, very transparent throughout. The delivery including finance took 30-45 minutes max, great experience! It’s rare to find a dealership offering such an easy, straightforward buying experience.

  I went to Hyundai of Venice to trade in my 2024 Santa Cruz to buy a 2026 Santa Cruz, Carl Raud was my salesman he made my whole transaction very smooth. I would recommend this dealership,and my sales person Carl Raud Love my new car.Thank you

  Will be looking for alternative service in Venice area as I don't trust this location. Came in for oil change and tire rotation and requested they look for a squeak when turning left. Can be reproduced easily at slow speeds when turning left. The door greeter came back with an i pad showing 79.99 oil change, 39.99 tire rotation and $295 to look at front end. I declined the diagnostic due to that ridiculous cost to "look". Door greeter who mumbles, is impossible to understand, had me sign ipad. But first he said, you can just do a squiggly line for signature and he did it for me. Who does that??? Im am fully capable of signing for myself and signed over his attempt! I had an appointment and waited 2 hours for my two selected services. Car returns, no one gets me. Greeter is busy getting coffee. Hands me off to Keith who was more knowledgeable and understandable. They did full inspection on car including front end alignment, brakes, filters, fluids. Recommended $1276 more service. I declined. Apparently the dealer has no problem "looking" at other areas of my car for free but not the "look" i actually asked for (the squealing). So they had tires off, checked them, checked the alignment and brakes but wouldn't look for an a real problem. When i go to pay, my oil changes is now $119.99 and has a squiggly line as a signature!!!! I said it was wrong and not my signature but they treated me like i must be crazy. I explained i had signed my name , not squiggly line. Nope, just told me thats what i signed. So I signed for a about $120 and paid $176! Disgusted i paid and left. BTW, I'm original owner, car is 3 1/2 months out of warranty. Has been serviced faithfully every 6 months by a different Hyundai dealer in another state. Never an issue before. Be careful here.
