  I just purchased a vehicle at HOV. My first contact was with Katlynn Tyler, she was exceptional. Friendly, professional, down to earth and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. I highly recommend her. She does not rush you, lets you take all the time you need. If you are looking, go visit Honda of Venice and ask for Katlynn. You won't be disappointed!

  I live in Fort Myers, FL, and I have to say this dealership experience was completely different from any I’ve had before. Sam Domínguez was kind, transparent, and quick to answer my questions. His service convinced me to drive an hour and a half to Venice to buy my car! If you’re looking for a trustworthy salesperson who stands out from the usual dealership experience, Sam is your guy!

  I bought a used Kia Sorento from them in August 2026. I found the car listed via AutoTrader. I called the dealer directly and was helped by Max Baker. He was excellent to deal with. I live out of state (not in FL). Max sent me a CarFax report and a complete video of the car and even highlighted all the defects so there were no surprises. I gave them a small down to hold the car and flew out to look at it. Max even offered to pick me up from the airport if I needed. I have family in FL. The car was just as Max had described. Max put the car on a lift for me so I could inspect the undercarriage. Again no surprises. Max was very accomodating, was very profesional, and personable. A family member in Fl took me to the dealership and had a low tire warning on his truck. Max had his service guys fill up his tires while I looked at the Kia. (Nice customer service). Bobby Curdt did my financing. He was also very professional and personable. He did try to sell me a couple of different warranties (That is part of his job). I didn't feel too pressured. When I said "no thanks" he moved on. Thank you. I hate being pressured especially after I said no. I spent some time in FL and made a road trip of it going home. My Temp Tag was only for 30 days and I wouldn't get my Tags for longer than that. Max and Bobby said they would send me another Temp Tag if needed and 30 days later I got another 30 day temp tag. Thank you. If I lived in FL, I would definately use this dealership again to buy a car. I did not use there Service Department so I have no coment on that part of the dealership.
