  It is with the greatest pleasure that I leave this review for Sam Dominguez, the best salesman and ambassador for Hundai of Venice. From our first meeting, he made a very positive impression on us and it didn’t change throughout our dealings. Sam knows his cars and easily explained everything there is to know about our Kona. He set up everything on my iPhone, for which I was very grateful. Sam is a very caring person, he even called to make sure that we made it home ok, without any issues with our new Kona. Hundai of Venice is very lucky to have such great salesman and human being on their staff ! Thank you and see you in 4 years when we will be back for another new Kona . Bozena and Chuck Almasy..

  Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful, kind, and extremely patient. He worked with me to get the deal that I was hoping for and is a truly trustworthy car salesman.   Had an excellent experience with salesman Sam Dominguez: he listened carefully to my required needs (I had quite a few!) and he helped me find a vehicle (a Santa Fe SEL) that suited me perfectly! He thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles and is kindly making himself available again in case I need any further tutoring! Mark in Finance (an avid Bills fan) walked me through my final contract explaining all items thoroughly, The entire experience overall was quite seamless and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership!

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my Hyundai Tucson at Hyundai of Venice! My salesman John Owens was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured at any point during the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain every feature, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. I truly appreciate his honesty, kindness, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

  Extremely deceptive pricing! Steer clear of their “transparent pricing”. Their website posts prices of their cars with the fees but then gives you an “instant price” if you give them your information. That sale price they give you is bogus. It got me to drive 45 minutes to this dealer to test drive the car and I said I would take it. The out the door price based on their instant price and tax should have been $18,500 (pre owned car). The sales manager gave me a price of over $21,000 ! Plus they add the plate fees on top of their $2000 worth of documentation/profit fees. They do some very fuzzy math so be warned. I felt bad for Sam the salesman as he was doing his best to help me but the manager there does not honor their pricing they give you! The photo shows the clearly quoted price in green and the original price is crossed out in black at the top. They did not honor the price and sent me on my way.
