    This Enterprise branch charged my card for pre-paid fuel charge $25 when I returned the vehicle after declining and saying that i will return it at what it was at to avoid a fee (then I actually added 70% more gas on accident). Filed a claim and still did not get it resolved. I'll change my review rating to positive if/when it gets resolved but until now that's how this branch roles i guess and is not honest. Be aware please!

    Staff is excellent. I was assisted by 3 different staff members at 2 different locations and they were all so helpful and friendly. Condition of the vehicle was unsafe, however. It was filthy, with a film on the windshield that truly limited visibility when driving. We cleaned it ourselves.

    Nobody ever answers the telephone at this location. There's no sense of urgency in conducting the business. The pick up service is spotty. I'm using Lyft to get home. They've got some work to do before 5 stars.
