  Experience was amazing and very convenient. Enterprise picked me up from body shop and allowed me to leave vehicle there when I was done. Staff was extra accommodating and I couldn’t ask for much more. 6 stars!

  3rd time using Enterprise in Venice, and it's always above par. This time even more so because Annie was a true delight, I actually had fun renting the car. Everyone was very nice and efficient, in and out within 10 minutes!

  Very disappointed with this rental experience. My pickup time was 1:00 PM. While I was on my way, I called the rental location 5–6 times, but nobody answered the phone. I arrived only 4 minutes late and found the employees locking the doors and leaving. We explained that we had tried calling multiple times without any response, but there was no willingness to help or find a solution. It felt like the only thing they cared about was leaving as quickly as possible. Customer service should be better than this, especially when a customer is only a few minutes late and has made multiple attempts to communicate. Very disappointing experience.
