  Never picks up the phone. Hire more people. *EDIT* to say that you should do better for your employees because THEY deserve better. Clearly the owner isn’t paying attention. There’s constantly people waiting in your waiting room or trying to get ahold of someone. Trying to get a car that doesn’t have mechanical issues and I have to waste my time coming here but since your phones don’t work I had to drive there and hope it could be remedied (which is was) but this rating is for the owner. Do better!

  The experience with the Venice office was great. I rented online through Costco. The price was very reasonable. I had no hidden charges or fees. Pick up and drop off was on time and flawless. We had zero problems.

  We rented a car from Enterprise Venice, Florida - Car was driving ok (Nissan), but there were live ants inside the car, running all over the place. Car was clean on the outside, but definitely not clean on the inside! This happened after we had a more disappointing experience when we rented a car from Enterprise Northport, Florida, where the car at that time had live cockroaches inside. Very disappointing!
