Devin Allen helped us and he is a great sales person that needs either a pay raise or a commission percentage raise. He sold us a truck that we "needed", not just the most expensive one. Greatly appreciated sales approach. I will be recommending him to people that i hear about who are looking to buy a new (to them) car. Deborah & Gary Sharp, Venice, Fl

We had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Most importantly no pressure. Devin Allen was our salesman and he was great!!! He listens to your likes and dislikes. The staff was very supportive and informative. No hidden fees and gimmicks Priced as promised. Devin has a great personality along with an easy sense of humor. Great place of business.

I had the pleasure of talking with Brittany prior to coming into the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, She was extremely friendly kind took her time showing me the car I wanted. She made sure the car was pulled upfront and was cleaned Such a great experience highly recommend Brittney if you're looking for a new or used car. I will definitely Be back the next time I purchase a vehicle and will make sure my friends and family start at Bella Nissan with Brittany

This dealership makes promises they don't keep. Then they turn around and say they fired a few people because of "shady" business deals they were making and they cant honor the window tint they claim they were going to do. So you fire salesman. You say you cant honor what you said you were going to do but we have been calling every single day with the run around and all of a sudden nothing can be done? This dealership is shady. Not just the salesman.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING! First off, my truck is a 2017 Nissan Titan. 140000 miles on it. So she’s had a bit of time under her belt. The issue I was having was my trucks push to start occasionally wouldn’t engage the starter and kick the truck over. So I went in to get that looked at. No issues with the initial service of dropping it off. However, once I gave them the truck. I was told about a 250 dollar inspection fee. That’s just for the inspection. Pricey but I wanted to make sure I knew exactly what was going on. It took them almost an hour and a half to tell me that the ODB-2 reading was a check engine light for the evaporative fuel canister needed replacement. (A 212 dollar part if ordered through the website / 78 dollar part on Amazon) which I already knew needed replacement as I have a reader myself and have been putting off the replacement. following them explaining this to me they tell me this “could be but we are unsure”. How the trucks ignition coincided with the evaporative fuel canister is lost to me however I know how to replace it and I know the work isn’t 4 hours. Anyway they inform me the total cost for this replacement is 1700 dollars. Grand total being somewhere in the ball park of 1900 for the work with taxes and fees. With this in mind, I elected not to go through with the payment and to work on it myself. Almost as soon as I said I didn’t want to go through with the repair, the lady at the desk almost immediately shifted gears from very nice to “whatever”. She says “well I’ll tell them you’re not going through with it and it will be a minute for them to button it up” Sensing this wasn’t as friendly as she had previously been I decided to just go back to the waiting room which took another 30 minutes for them to finish. Might I remind you the only thing they did was checked break lights for the sensor, read the codes, then checked the other things they typically catch people lacking on such as breaks, belts, fluids, etc. which is almost all under the hood. I waited 30 minutes AFTER all that was already complete for them to move my truck outside after already spending an hour and a half waiting for them to read the code and tell me it “might be the issue”. Finally they tell me I can get my truck back and it totals up to be 290 dollars for the inspection. Which doesn’t receive a military discount as the lady put it “That’s only for repair work, not the inspection” Truthfully I knew going to the dealership wasn’t the right answer cause I knew it would be pricey. However, I didn’t expect them to not only take the money and time of a fantastic massage. But they didn’t tell me the exact issue. They left me with absolutely nothing to hope for except a maybe with this canister I am now replacing myself after waiting the total time it took for them to “determine the issue” as it would take for them to supposedly replace it. AND THEY DIDNT HAVE IT IN STOCK ANYWAY! Which the lady also was super excited to tell me following my decision “well we didn’t have the part in stock anyway” I truthfully believe if you have a Nissan of any kind and you’re in the Venice area then refrain from going to this one. I’m not sure how anyone can have a good experience here. I believe I both wasted time and money having tried. 290 dollars for a “free” water and two bags of small chips for a maybe isn’t my idea of “Service”. 1900 dollars for the work they were going to do is also absurd. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. It’s a waste of time and money and they do not take your time seriously. Update to my previous post: I completed the job they said would be 4 hours in an hour and a half and had no issues, check engine light is off and so far no issues with the start-up that I was previously concerned about but fear not. I payed 80 bucks for the part and saved myself 1820 dollars in “labor” and 2 and a half hours in wasted life :) Nissan would do better to open up a self service shop because at least that could help people who don’t have the tools. My one star review is too many stars.
