  I had a very positive experience buying my “new” used 2007 Mini Cooper at Bella Nissan of Venice! I drove 1.5 hours after work to check out the car, and by the time I finally got there, it was late. Even though the dealership was getting ready to close and I was the very last customer in the building, the team didn't make me feel rushed at all. They were so incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and they stayed late just to make sure I was completely taken care of and could drive my new car home. It wasn’t a very big sale, but they made me feel valued and treated me as if I were buying the most expensive car on their lot! A huge, heartfelt thank you to Ariel, Trent, and Bukasa for taking the time to help me with this purchase. You guys truly went above and beyond for me and I’m very grateful for your kindness. And what a wonderful surprise it was to walk out to the lot in the dark to find a big red bow on my new car! Thanks again, Bella Nissan!

  Devin and David were very professional, thorough, and made the experience the best I’ve ever had when it came to purchasing a vehicle. If every dealership took customer interaction notes from these two the car buying process would be amazing for all! Thank you.

  By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any Nissan location (Bella Nissan in Venice)!! I had a lot of issues with my previous experience and purchase with Nissan and I was texted by salesman Tyler about my needs and what I was my goal and he asked me to trust him and their new management with their location and they exceeded my expectations.TYLER is the best salesman and he made sure my needs and expectations were met without any problems and doubts. Tyler made me feel very comfortable, was personable and he was there every step of the way in my purchase of my brand new 2026 Nissan pathfinder! If you ever need any help with getting a vehicle, see TYLER at Bella Nissan in Venice! You will NOT be disappointed, I’m one happy customer!

  If I could give the salesman TYLER 10 STARS I would first salesman I’ve ever come across that says what he means means what he says and follows through which was truly great to see honest and genuine salesmen still exist! Hands down best dealership I’ve been to and now the only one I will go to!

  Edit: I originally gave the dealership 4 stars in my first review. But after further dealings with the financial department, I would give less than 1 star if I could. FUTURE BUYER BEWARE: We have never had such a poor experience when purchasing a vehicle. Dealing with the financial department has been extremely stressful and frustrating, and there were multiple hidden fees upon signing that they did not disclose upfront. An extra $1,500 dollars was added to my loan without fully explanation of GAP coverage to me. I have now left multiple voicemails (in addition to 3 emails) to attempt to get this resolved, as it was stated over the phone it would be no problem to cancel GAP. Two weeks on, they have yet to return any communication and confirm that the cancellation was successful, so I will be going into the office to deal with this directly. It was not at any point explained that $1,500 would be added to the end cost of the loan and the total amount borrowed. If I had seen this full number presented I would not have proceeded with GAP. Additionally, the sales personnel was not clear when I asked if I could decline, and I had to state multiple times that I did not want coverage. Also, at no point was I notified me that my loan would be extended from 72 months to 75 months, which is very important information to have as a buyer. It is highly unprofessional and shady to directly ignore communications from a client after purchasing the vehicle. I am honestly dumbfounded, because I would have been a happy customer if they had simply returned my messages and confirmed that GAP had been cancelled. Now, instead of having happy customer that would have gladly returned for future purchases or sent positive referrals, I would not in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone in the Venice area.
